Scammed me into buying a full new brake system, and threw away the parts before showing me the broken ones. I had one broken caliper and they wouldn’t work on my truck without replacing the full system. Dishonest folks.

Very fast service, just didn't balance my wheels correctly. Weights are to be place in one position on a wheel. Otherwise the wheel is not truly balance

Bought $1000 worth of tires and alignment a couple of months ago, and woke up to a flat tire this morning. Filled it up and went to sears where I bought them and was told I would have to leave it all day. $1000 dollars of tires and you can’t check a flat? I didn’t have an appt., but still really? BTW, hen they were installed, I had several items from my console missing - lock up! Won’t be back ever, good luck staying open with your attitude.

I was totally robbed of 7 hours by Southwest Plaza Sears Automotive do never use this don't ever use this Auto Center they are thieves and Liars they are rude as they can be they discriminated against me they cursed it me they treated an elder at 64 year old woman which is myself veteran Widow with total disrespect and hatred told me to get the F out of their garage with my car I needed to have a starter repair and they repaired all the other cars before my my car should have had priority because it was towed there Monday it's set the whole day Monday and then 7 hours later on Tuesday that incompetent pieces of crap decided to give me my car

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and now I'm being told a 2 hour wait for my car to be done? an oil change does not f****** take 2 hours! When I was in the store last week buying appliances I had made this appointment and was told it would take absolutely no more than 45 min. now this rude a** representative is making every excuse in the book including that it was probably the guy who didn't show up for work the last 3 days that told me that. WHATS YOUR POINT LADY?! an oil change doesn't take that damn long period! I will not be returning to this store ever again. No wonder all of the sears are gradually closing. They hire s*** employees that have shitty customer service!

I came here after a flat tire to find the most helpful, honest and kind staff. Juan and Michelle went above and beyond to explain things to me and assist me in picking what's best for my car without completely breaking my bank. I've never been to an auto center with such fantastic service thanks to these staff members!! I'll definitely be back!!

Stopped here to check out a crack in our tire. Turns out, it was superficial and we didn't need new tires for another 15K miles. He could have easily misled us but did not. Courteous and honest customer service!

I have to say that Sears at Southglenn is the best. In the outrageous rain storm on 7/24, my mom's battery died. She was able to get a jump, and called to see if they open. The auto center was supposed to close at 6, but they said to drive over, they would wait for her. They did!! They took care of her, after hours, during that awful storm! She is in her 80's, even gave her a discount! I can't began to say how much I appreciate the excellent service. Well done, guys!

Juan and his team really knocked it out of the park. Dropped my car off for a rotation and alignment and I was quoted 2 hours. They had it done in an hour and a half. I even got a text while I was working out at 24Hour when my car was done. I finished my workout, walked over and there was my car parked and waiting for me. Great experience I highly recommend!

Great service by Juan today. He went so far as to pull the Carfax on my car to see what needed to be attended to as my car was at 60 000 and wanted to make sure we didn't duplicate any prior services. He told me exactly what was needed to be done and found me the best option and price for what I needed. Every customer wants honesty and personal attention. Thank you Juan and Sears Auto

Do not take your car here! They take forever and are condescending. I took my car in Saturday ( with an appointment) for a simple oil change. it took over an hour in a half and I then stated that I don't care about the car review that I had my car with the Mehanic a few days ago. The guy at the front desk Mocked me to the mechanic and continued to laugh at me and make me feel horrible. I appologized to him in case my comment was rude and he didn't even respond to me. Then mysteriously there's a nail in my tire when I got home. Just a shady place.

These people are sincere and kind. Juan and Brian have been very accommodating and attentive when I visited multiple times. Despite being understaffed in the front, they were able to squeeze me in and fix my tires that I got from them a few months ago. I definitely recommend this place for parts and services.
