The most valuable commodity anyone has is time. I've had several complicated conversations with Abbey Lynch on insurance issues. In every case, she stayed with me, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and even gave me ideas I had not considered. She cheerfully gave me her time and made me feel like she was on my side. She's one of the few who could actually and authentically teach customer service classes! A very happy customer!

We moved to State Farm following a terrible experience with another insurance company. Abbey Lynch helped us navigate a number of issues and circumstances. She was thorough with her work, explanations, and any tasks following all conversations.
In the end, we are saving a lot of money compared to our previous insurance premium. More importantly, Abbey communicated throughout the process. We appreciate her professionalism!

First off, being transparent here, I will say Abbey is my sister. Sister or not. She knows her insurance! She is my go to person and seems to always know the answers to my questions, but also brings up those key points that I would never have thought of. You know the ones that make sure you're protected and are saving as much as you can at the same time. She also breaks it all down in a way that makes sence to us non insurance people out there. Give her a call. You wont regret it!

With insurance being a gamble you hope you lose every day, it's nice that at least this office makes it feel like winning. In a wild last few months, I've had several claims and they've been very helpful. Abbey is weirdly super functional.
