My experience at Roxborough storage has exceeded expectations since day 1, I’ve stopped by close to closing time due to long days packing/moving and the owner has always been very helpful and responsive! Excellent communication, great customer service, would recommend in a heart beat!

The area was clean, well lit & the gate provided added security. The attendant was patient & kind while I decided what I needed. He also stayed after hrs to help me get situated & to help me find units near each other. He made the procedure quick & easy for me.

Nice staff at the facility, and it's easy to get in/out quickly. Only negative would be the backdoor to the interior units doesn't fully lock when closed so there is a slight security issue there.

Roxborough Storage was a great experience from the very beginning. I was out of town when I needed to rent my unit and they helped me set up my Storage unit over the phone. The paperwork was super quick and easy. Finally, they went above and beyond what I would expect as I was not going to make it to the Storage unit until Saturday, which nobody would be on site when I got there. I was provided the gentleman who was helping me personal phone number so he could help me if I had issues with the gate or accessing my unit.
Roxborough Storage has exceeded expectations and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try.
