Cashier with no manners. Entitled & condescending attitude. Walked in 30 minutes before close. No hi… no welcome whatsoever… just a very abrupt- “we close in 30 minutes.” You’d think I was there 3 minutes before close the way she unwelcomed me. Certainly, the rudest Ross employee I have ever encountered. By the way, I checked out 10+ minutes before close.

This is a very organized well-rounded clean store, it's easy to talk to the workers because they know where their products are and they know how to help you get to those products even when it's busy and crowded.

We always feel like we made it out like bandits, haha. We really enjoyed this store tonight. It's very clean. The cashier was most pleasant! We found blankets for only $9.99. Awesome.

The red headed girl that checked me out had an air pod in her ear and was clearly having a conversation with another person on the phone. What a sweet gig. She gets paid to talk on the phone while on the clock?

Man this place has really gone downhill. I can hardly ever find anything in my 12 year old's size and if you're looking for dressier boys clothes, even casual, there is little to no selection. The staff is nice though.
