I used the for a couple years. Car washes were okay.
Here’s the serious issue: they don’t pick up their phone or return your calls when you try to cancel. I moved months ago and have called many times, leaving messages each time telling them I can’t show up to cancel in person and clearly expressing a desire to cancel my subscription.
They don’t return the calls, clearly they don’t check messages and they haven’t picked up the phone one single time during their “business hours.”
I first began attempting to cancel in February 2024, it’s now June and they keep taking my money.
You’re better off picking any other car wash.

The staff at this car wash are so nice and young. The service is great and they are super respectful. The quality of the car wash is amazing and left my car looking shiny. Great place.

I’ve been a regular client of Rocket Express but when another car wash opened near my home I decided to try Vic’s They were good but after every car wash I found the rear of my car still pretty dirty. I decided to return to Rocket express because the difference was that they have a person that sprays the car down but also takes a long soft brush and brushes the whole rear of the car including the back window. It’s those small personal touches that convinced me to return even if I have to drive farther. Thanks for the great service

Yes, and c store products tremendously overpriced.Rachel clark especially the day manajerk are loud rude and obnoxious. Won't be back to that location and will avoid most rocky express.
