This place is a total joke - when we started with them in 2018 they were pretty good but the last few years have been awful.They don't pay taxes on time, are impossible to get ahold of to look into the issue and then never follow up to pay the penalties that they eventually admit are their fault. On top of that the system is maddeningly glitchy - partly due to the fact they are constantly trying to update something to make it more automated which in turn makes everything less accurate. Also most of their workers are pretty incompetent - I'm sure it's hard to find good talent to work for such a terrible company and that has become extremely obvious. Worst of all they employ several outrageous higher-ups who find it appropriate to cover their mistakes by yelling at you for complaining and saying you need to give them grace and patience to fix their mistakes instead of just working to make less mistakes - I once said I expected more and was allowed to be upset with their inability to complete simple tasks and was told very rudely that I'm not allowed to complain even though I'm a customer paying them money and that I needed to treat this as a "partnership." Two men in particular - Eric Lang and Mike Henson acted extremely inappropriately toward us and spoke to me in a way that I can't imagine they would have spoken to a man - I would save yourself the trouble and run the other way.I want to add that we stayed on for three extra months this year trying to have them help us clean up our books - and they still only did about half the work that was asked of them. They are really struggling. Huge waste of time and money.

The over charged me after we told them we don’t like their services. We asked for refunds and they ignored our requests. Their robotic services suck. You can’t ever get ahold of them. This service is good for restaurants who are failing. I highly don’t recommend them. You get what you pay for lol.

Just don't. They started off okay but have gotten progressively worse and unresponsive. At this point they don't even answer the phone. I have been waiting 4 months for them to file a past due return and they are literally ignoring me. Do not use this company.

My two pubs have been customers of RASI since 2014. Until recently they had been a wonderful asset in running the businesses. Now they struggle with even the most basic services, they can not be reached by phone, and their core competency seems to be circling the drain. Very disappointing and very problematic.

I've worked in accounting over 20 years and based off my experience with RASI I wouldn't recommend themStarted at a company about 6 weeks ago and the experience has not been good. Takes days to respond to tickets, if they respond at all. Have been asking since I started when bank reconciliations for P13 which ended on 12/26/21 would be ready. After multiple emails and weeks later finally got a response that they'll start the bank recs on 2/28/22.. 9 weeks after the period close and they're just starting bank recs!I don't know why any company would want to have their accounting services outsourced to a company that takes over 2 months after a period closes just to start bank recs, not to mention how long after they start the bank recs it will take for financials to be ready.

Worked there as a Tax Specialist for over a year. They expect you to work off the clock to complete filings as the client load was through the roof! Out of the 4 new hires in my group and the previous group, all had either quit or been fired within 6 months! My immediate supervisor Mercedes said that to finish her que she works off the clock "all the time" when you try to work Scheduled hours it is impossible to make the deadlines! When that happens that is when the discipline starts The write-ups and then I was let go as they would not approve overtime. I was praying to get fired. That place is completely disorganized and higher ups have no clue what happens in tax and they laugh about it basically set you up for failure. The manager of the department self admittedly has no idea how to do our job but what a charade. Now this is the 5th time ive tried to get my w2 emailed Josie and called never responded. Now I will contact IRS and file complaint.

for menu development and inventory, software isn't very intuitive. video tutorials re out of date and inaccurate, software is buggy. save yourself the headache and go with toast.

0 stars is more like it. I would never use RSI for payroll services. They are the worst payroll processor I have used out of 4 different companies. Last year, they erroneously sent the State of Colorado almost $2k for a tax we did not owe. It has been over a year and they have not been able to get me a refund. Currently, I cannot even get them to respond to multiple emails, support requests, and phone calls. I would look at ADP, Benefitmall, Paychex or almost any other processor before RSI. If you notice, most of their positive reviews are from employees, which just seems sad. But maybe they will respond to this review- who knows.
