I’m thoroughly impressed with Auto Nation in Littleton, CO. Going into the whole process of buying my first car was nerve racking. Javier, Brandon, and Cameron at the South Broadway location made it so simple, and such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location and seeking out those guys for help when looking into getting a vehicle. Did everything they possibly could in order to make it all go over smoothly and make it enjoyable as well. Kept in touch, offered multiple options from the vehicle itself to options to make sure I would be happy with my decision in the years to come. They all were very helpful when looking for the right fit for me. Financing was a breeze and they helped in all departments. Every person in that office was so polite, friendly, and overall very helpful. Really appreciated all the congratulations I received after purchasing my car through Auto Nation. Highly recommend checking this dealership out and the team.

Took my F150 in for a warranty issue to the tailgate not opening, informed it will take about a month to get the replacement parts. Okay can understand with all the part issues going on. They called me when all the parts came in. Brought it in and did not hear back from anyone about status. Called in informed truck was inline to be inspected. Asked why it wasn't inspected 3 weeks ago and the they stated staff shortages. I suggest to call customer to pickup vehicle and come back when can work on it. They kept it finally inspected it a week later and guess what they don't have the parts needed todo the job. Another week goes by informed vehicle fixed. I picked up vehicle tried the gate and it doesn't work, the box, tailgate misaligned and bed caps show physical damage. I decided not to take back for all the delays and the damage they did to my truck. I looked online for repair options. I was able to fix it in about 30 minutes. Tension rods needed to be adjusted and that's it. Looking at the work they said they did was not done. Dirty and old grease on the parts. Very disappointing in communication and quality of repair or lack of repairs. Damaging truck and not telling or take responsibility really sucks.

They sold me a car with a bad transmission, which they replaced (after I bought $1,000 worth of clutch parts) but also didn't have a cat on it and didn't disclose it to me prior to sale. A year later, I took it in for emissions and it failed. I called Autonation Ford Littleton to see what we could do about putting a cat on, and was told "we can't sell a car without a catalytic converter, so it wasn't us." The car has only been to this dealer since I bought it. This dealership is a joke. Stay far far away from them.

Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a F250, go elsewhere. They will lowball your trade and mark up the price of the vehicle. Kelly BB had my trade at $60K, and I was offered $51K, with a mark up of $15K over sticker on the new truck. I went to Mac Haik the next day and was out of there in a couple of hours with a similar truck, at a much more reasonable price, and a much better value for my trade in.Although Autonation is closer to my house, they wont be getting my money any time soon.

I went into the dealership planning on PAYING CASH for a Toyota Prius Hybrid for my company. I met the salesman and we took a ride in the car. I went in to make the purchase with the salesman. The salesman left for a bit to do something that was related to the car. I sat there for 15 minutes and I had no idea what was about to happen. The finance manager comes up to me and says he needs to see the company's BBB rating - for credit purposes (WHAT?) and to make sure I'm in good standing with the community. I am not kidding.I asked him why he needed a credit report when I was paying cash. He went on to hem and haw and then the words, "I have to make sure you aren't a terrorist" actually came out of his mouth. This blows my mind. This is so absurd that the only conclusion I can come to is that they just didn't want to sell me the car - I can't really explain why. So much BS. I took an Uber there and then I took one home. They are sending me messages to go back and get the car.

I bought my car from this dealership. They treated me poorly throughout the buying process and afterwards as well.i received a notification for a recall in November of 2022. so i called AutoNation littleton to make an appointment and the guy told me that they were booked all the way until May 29th, 2023, more than 6 months later.I thought that was extremely weird, the guy said that if i didn't like it then i can go to any other Ford dealership. So i just agreed and scheduled it.Well i received a call from Ford today saying that the appointment is Memorial day and the dealership isn't even open. they're just screwing with me at this point.

I purchased a 2021 F150, and needed to get some warranty work done. A week ago, I called, AutoNation, and arranged to bring the vehicle in today. When I asked the service rep, Ethan Cain, when the truck would be ready to pick up, he told me that it would be 5 or so days before they could analyze the truck. It would take additional time after that to fix the vehicle.I told the rep "never mind", I would take the vehicle to someone else.As I approached my vehicle, someone was placing paper pads in the truck, getting it ready to sit for 5 days. I told him to remove the pads, as I would not let this company hold my truck 5 days before they even looked at it. He replied, "yeah, that's too long", took the pads out, and I left the service center.Who on this planet allows a dealership to hold their vehicle for 5 days before they even look at it?

I would highly suggest you look somewhere else for any vehicle needs. The sales team are focused on making the most money off of you as they can rather than try to work with you and make a decent deal. The service team were completely rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. They were annoyed by me asking normal questions and they don't keep you updated until you ask for it and even then they give you attitude. Their prices are insanely high and if your looking for a quick fix that will not happen. Expect at least 3 to 5 days longer than what they tell you. I went to another dealership that wasn't autonation and it was a completely different experience. My advice DON'T GO HERE!

Wow - it seems that I'm not alone. I also wish I could give this place a zero star. My experience with AutoNation Ford Littleton was ridiculous, but it looks like they treat everyone this way. We brought hubby's work car in for an oil change and to fix a small hole on the plastic headlight cover that was caused by a rock while driving on the highway. The headlight and blinker were still working when we dropped off the car. I didn't notice until the day after I picked up the car that none of the lights on the side they "fixed" were working. I left three voice messages for John thinking maybe it was an easy fix with the wiring. He never called back. So I took the car back to the shop and tracked him down. He told me that they couldn't just replace the cover they had to remove the bumper and replace everything on that side and the "mother board must have had water damage". Um what? I told him it was working before and there was no water damage, he said "it would have went out". So what am I supposed to do now? Their computers were down and so he couldn't tell me when they could fix it. By this time I was hot and he was not at all friendly. I'm sure he just wanted me out of there, but I stuck around hoping that their computers would come up and they would be able to fix it that day. Nope! We were heading out of town the next day so we really needed it fixed that day. John's suggestion to me was take it to someone else to fix, possibly to the town we were traveling to. Are you serious?! No accountability at all. They caused the issue and then gave me attitude because I wanted them to fix it. And they push for people to give them these great reviews on their survey. Not a chance! Hubby got an email today saying if his experience was less than a 5 (great service) then to call them. He called, left a message and hasn't received a call back as of yet. This shop is a joke - don't bring your car here.UPDATE: I took their advice and took it to another shop and guess what...they didn't wire the electrical on that side when they replaced it. It did not need a new part. It took the guys at the other shop 5 minutes to fix it.

We dropped our Fusion off for recall work and Wes was exceptional! We dropped the vehicle off at 8 am and it was ready for us by noon. We couldn't get to it same day so they let us pick it up the following day with no pushback or issues. My partner told me twice how impressed he was with Wes's kindness and professionalism and what a pleasure he was to work with. He even noticed our fob battery was low so he replaced it for free. Hope to work with Wes or someone of his caliber the next time we need our vehicle serviced.

I'm leaving two stars only because Adam Solano really helped me out. Our experience here has been on par with what you can expect with dealership service centers: a travesty. Now to be fair, during this time, there are so many cars in the shop that everyone is backed up, but regardless, communication is key. I made an appointment for first slot on a Thursday morning and dropped off the truck Wednesday night since I wouldn't be able to make it in. Our truck had been vandalized (rear window broken out and lock ripped out) and the appointment was just for an estimate. I left it with another attendant but was assigned to Sam Odenthal (not our first experience with her). She called me around noon on Thursday to go over the details and then asked if I needed it that day or if it could wait until Friday. I told it could wait until Friday. Saturday morning I still had heard nothing and had to take the bus to Loveland to see my parents. When I called I got the go round on the phone line for about 30 minutes until I spoke to a human. He was shocked and annoyed and told me it was AT LEAST 3 days for an estimating appointment. Just to get an estimate. 3 days. I said that was fine and I would wait to hear next week. Wednesday of next week and still nothing despite leaving multiple voicemails on Sam's direct line of which none she returned. Played the phone tag game for another 30 minutes on Tuesday and then 45 on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I asked for a manger and got Adam Solano. I explained the situation and asked for a loaner car or at least for the truck back since I needed to get groceries. He sympathized and promised to return my call within the hour and give me an update. An hour later, he had a pick up time for me scheduled for the next day. He was efficient, sympathetic, friendly, kind, generous, and helpful. I got my estimate and the truck back. Fixing everything that was broken would take an additional 5 to 10 weeks.

I wish I could leave zero. The service Dept is the most corrupt, dishonest and incompetent group of people I have EVER come across. Pls save your car and RUN! Don't leave your car here, they'll break it, refuse to pay or take credit for it. They are beyond rude and the worst part is the manager is a complete liar, it's awful. We have had the worst most frustrating experience getting them to take ownership, which they still refuse to do of the awful work they did on our car!

I see all of these posts. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones. I came in here several years ago looking for a truck. The salesperson was terrible and did not know the product. I thought I would give them another chance and came in to ask about the new electric truck and to see if I could put down a deposit. The two gentleman that I had to force out of their comfortable chairs answered all my questions with. "It's a great truck" Then they said we can't take deposits. I think they just wanted to get rid of me so they could sit back down. The other salespersons that I could see out of the corner of my eye we're watching and laughing. Yeah me too. Once someone gets your money you're stuck with them. Dodged that bullet. So grateful to those two.

Had to get my engine replaced in my new F150. Went back and forth to the service department trying to fix the problem multiple times. Service department said that they would honor my first oil change for free. When I called back to get my first oil change after the engine replacement, they said that there was nothing in the notes that states oil change would be for free. And they would not honor what they said that they would do. Do not get service here.
