Tne waiting room was a bit full and cramped feeling. Wait time was 15 minutes or so. The phlebotomist was relaxed, personable, and so smoothe that I didn't feel a thing! Close-in parking was not available. Overall, a reasonable experience.

Worst lab in the world. They waste hours of your life making you wait and then claiming they don't have orders they emailed you to say they had. Horrible profit-motivated, greed-based, dysfunctional system that will suck hours from your life. Go anywhere else.

My phlebotomist whose name I think was Lauren, was absolutely incredible. Efficient, friendly, professional and knew how to do his job well. Thank you so much for making me feel like an individual and not just a pin cushion.

The lab had not received my orders for the tests I needed. Rather than turn me away and have me reschedule, one of the technicians called my doctor to get the orders that were needed. I really appreciated that!

No one was at the front to talk to. Customer service sucked . And when they drew my blood they busted my vein and I have a massive nasty bruise. Never in my life have I had that happen before and Iv had 3 babies and 2 surgeries.

The Quest team at this location ignored both the urine test and STD blood tests the doctor sent over and per my request as I asked in person but this team is quick to bill patients for their own failure. I have never paid for blood work so great job. I'll be contacting my insurance team for reimbursement given the fact they failed to do the basic necessity - read the doctors' request and failure to listen to the patients' request, too.
