Tne waiting room was a bit full and cramped feeling. Wait time was 15 minutes or so. The phlebotomist was relaxed, personable, and so smoothe that I didn't feel a thing! Close-in parking was not available. Overall, a reasonable experience.

I wish they would let patients know they must bring an order from the doctor along arriving please tell them to follow protocol

My phlebotomist whose name I think was Lauren, was absolutely incredible. Efficient, friendly, professional and knew how to do his job well. Thank you so much for making me feel like an individual and not just a pin cushion.
