Very professional, fast processing of patients and feeling very welcome by staff. I arrived 20 min earlier and they took great care of me, immediately. Great service!

Always fast and always friendly at Quest Lab Southpark. I only come to Quest now over “the competition” (which is a disaster with disorganization and long wait times and crabby workers!) Good job Quest!!

I arrived a little after 11:00 AM as a walk in and after signing in was instructed that the closest open appt. was 11:40. I sat down to wait for the 40 minutes. I was surprised to be called in at 11:20(a 20 min wait instead of 40). I was done with my draw in 5 mins.

The phlebotomist was amazing. There was a lot of vials to draw. She was very efficient and I didn't even feel the poke.

The wait time was minimal, the phlibotomist was very helpful and did an excellent job in drawing my blood.

I went in for a test two months ago. The test results came back as "Not Performed". I went back into the lab to talk to the tech. She said the test probably got damaged in transit and she had to make calls to her company to get a new test. She also assured me I would not be charged for the test.
Now, two month later I receive a bill for the test. I call the customer service line and am told I have to call another number to get this fixed. I call and am placed on hold for five minutes then am disconnected and sent to an automated survey. I call back and am told I have to call the provider who ordered the test to have the bill canceled. I say the provider didn't bill me, Quest did, so cancel the bill. It went on like this in a circle until I was so frustrated I demanded to speak to her superior who was no help and was not sympathetic at all. I got very angry and hung up the phone. Now I am reporting the lab to the local government agencies in order to have this taken care of.
The whole process of this lab is putrid. From rude techs who yell if there are drop in patients (I wasn't one, I made an appointment but saw her yell about drop ins right in front of us all), to having the test administered in the lobby (yep, that happened), to them damaging the test in transit, to not being able to communicate with me at all about retaking the test, to being charged for a test I never had results for, and just the overall callousness and unsympathetic nature of the customer service staff.
Do not use Quest Diagnostics. You will regret it.

I cannot speak to the actual blood draw process, but the phlebotomist pulled me back before my appt time. While confirming my information, she informed me that Quest Diagnostics was out-of-network with my insurance; she saved me a huge, thousands-of-dollars, headache. I confirmed with my insurance that Quest is out-of-network. Though a huge inconvenience (my doctor's office sent my orders to Quest, without questioning insurance), I'm grateful that the phlebotomist was informative and aware.

Blood draw is usually good. This one caused bleeding in the tissues. The tech. Did not seem to have a good touch.
