Really weird seeing so many one star reviews by people. I have had a great experience with Canvas and they have continued to get better and add more services including zelle recently. While their zelle transfers take 30 seconds more than the bank I switched from it is still just as reliable. Thank you Canvas and know that most people giving one star are those people that pride themselves on posting negative reviews to make themselves feel better about their own life. You guys are great and I am more than happy to be a customer!

I would give zero stars, if it were an option. Today, just had the worst experience at the Canvas CU on Kipling. They were rude, disrespectful, but mainly gave me some very bad financial information by omission. I will never go there again and I suggest that you don't go there either, especially for any financial advice.

After 11 years I had to finally close my business and personal accounts here. In 2018 I ended up stuck in Hong Kong with no way to access my money, even after I put a travel notice on my account in person at the DIA branch. After tons of calls they finally figured it out, but it was a massive headache. Lately, I've attempted to get a business line of credit several times and have not gotten call backs I was supposed to and every person I talked to had no idea what was going on. The final straw happened when the couldn't get me the auto loan I needed figured out. They just seem to drop the ball constantly, at this branch in particular

It smells like the Asian dog meat festival!! Why does it smell so bad?? It smells like flopping fish!! It smells like the funk hit the fan!!! It smells like sea world came to Colorado!! Someone needs to fix this this!! Everyone acts like their noses are broken!! It stinks!! Literally?

Really no complaints on staff, just an overall decline since Canvas took over PSCU. Member for 30 years, and wow. May have to look in to a new credit union.

I really dislike the remodeling design of the Littleton branch. I wonder how many other customers feel the same. The service has always been very good and continues to be great. But the interior layout is horrible. I didn't feel like I was in a bank, but rather a sports bar/restaurant. Sorry ? please note the photos in the Google search are not showing the new remodeling design.

The automated system is unethical and doesn't bring you always to the right source. Understanding high call volume there is no exscuse for being on hold for a pick up for 2 days straight at separate times for over a 35min wait!

I realize that using an affiliate FCU adds an extra layer of process but if you are unable to deal with it, STOP being an affiliate with other FCU'S. I have used this affiliate for about 10 account deposits, long waits, problem with transactions and just a general lack of knowledge and communication. I have since found another affiliate for my banking.

It's unfortunate that a well to do establishment such as this does not have the heart to be able to understand the predictaments or hardships that this family has gone through and been through. They are more willing to hurt people's credit and belittle there predicament in order to get ahead! Establishments like make me sick!

Paid a visit today to make a deposit and order checks, and everything went smoothly without any issues. Looks like the layout of the branch itself has had a "facelift" and everything feels much more open and inviting. Derek was extremely professional and helpful. He also walked me through the benefits of opening a "tiered" savings account (which didn't cost anything to open), so I went ahead and did that too. Like many other reviewers, I too was a member of PSCU before Canvas came along, and wasn't impressed with the switch either. However, it appears that they (at least, the Littleton branch) has been putting a lot of effort into improving the customer experience. I hope this is a trend that will continue in the future.
