Fast. So fast. I ordered a custom swim towel for my son with his name embroidered on it for swim team. Order placed through FaceBook (whatever it's called now) messenger in the A.M. and had it finished and delivered to my front doorstep by son/daughter bicycle ride well before sunset. Personal service. Local family business. Check. Check. Check. Highly recommended in all the categories. Thank you!!

I have been working with IMS for the past year and I have never had the pleasure of working with a vendor quite like the folks here! Not only is their customer service top-notch, but they truly have a passion for what they do and it shows in the quality of their craftsmanship. Owner J.J. and his team provide top-to bottom-solutions for anything I may need, from design and production to stellar installation. I've thrown some interesting, if odd, requests his way and they always hit the ground running - excited for a challenge! If you're in the market for a great print shop, these are the guys for you. Just picked up an order from IMS and we are so very pleased with the final product. They were very helpful when I contacted them for a quote. They answered all the questions I had about the type of printing that would work the best for us and delivered earlier than I had originally expected. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be contacting them with our next printing job.
