Do NOT use this company. They are scam artist and will make you pay DOUBLE and hold your things HOSTAGE. They also NEVER pick up the phone. It took us over a month to get our things and over a week to even talk to someone about it. The WORST service AND your things come back extremely DAMAGED. Also LOST furniture and boxes of goods and they wouldn’t even try to find the items. It’s cheaper for them to pay you a few dollars for it instead. All your items are stored with a bunch of other people’s things and when we got our things, we got a bunch of things that weren’t ours. I gave it back to the driver but what are the chances they are going to pay or make an effort to get their things to that person in another state. Number your boxes, put your name and address on them. They LOST so many things and we were out thousands of dollars and they only give you a couple hundred for it all based on weight. This was the most STRESSFUL experience I have ever had. They price low then double it. Then double it again. That’s what happened to us. All their reviews are FAKE. We learned the extremely hard way. Over $7000 for a 1 bedroom apartment. SCAMMERS!

This company is BS!! They dont know anything about respect, how to answer a phone call, or learning how to make the right quote for each person. I moved from CO to MI, and I had nothing but trouble with this company. They keep charging me extra when they were packing up my boxs, they told me that there was things on the inventory that wasnt correct and that would cost me extra to have them take. Now they have my whole life in their "warehouse" and I dont know if I am going to get my stuff back. I have a question for this company, how would they like to deal with a lawsuit on their hands with all of the poor people who had to deal this sh*t A** company. As you can tell this company is one not to go for, and that you should actually look deep into this "fake" moving company.

If I could give 6 stars I would, .. Due to the bad rep moving companies usually get I wanted to make it a point to share my experience on how my long distance move went!.. Prime Relocation Services moved my family from Colorado to Savannah,Georgia and it was hands down, a great experience! First of all I have to praise the representative who set up my move, Jason was extremely thorough with details on what to expect in the process. I loved the brief education provided on carriers vs. brokers, ..Listen, if you’re planning a move while you read this review,, please please, make sure you ask this question, this helped narrow down my search a lot!!, I didn’t realize there was a difference between the terms.I gave my inventory to Jason over the phone and received my quote with a clear break down of services. On my pick up date, although only 2 guys arrived, they were punctual and handled all my furniture with care. I was relieved there were no scratches on my floors, as I have real wood floors that was just refinished, I was worried, but the movers brought pads for all the legs and wrapped all my pieces professionally. This process was so strategical in how they loaded I could tell they’ve been doing this a while! I was impressed by only two guys moving my 3 bedroom home. My original quote was 5900, but there was a difference in price after all, the total came out to 6200, between some boxes and specific packing that I didn’t realize I needed before they came. Which is fine, the movers arrived with the list I did provide and I was off by a few things after all my family packing was said and done. Delivery took about a week, which was perfect timing for me since my husband and I decided to drive to Georgia. Delivery was equally as smooth, all furniture was placed in rooms of our choice. The guys had a good sense of humor which I appreciated and kept their masks on, which I also appreciated. I would recommend Prime Relocation Services to any family member.. I think we’ve moved into our forever home, but if we did ever decide to move again, im calling Jason

I recently hired Prime Relocation Services for my move from Seattle, WA to St. Petersburg, FL. I can tell you this, I am not new to long distance moves one bit, I've moved about 3 times cross country the past 8 years, and they were by far the best company I dealt with. I've used United and Allied for my previous two and of all those experiences, I was most impressed with this one. I guess a major part of why is because the experience with Prime Relocation I wasn't treated like a number. The representative I spoke with to setup my move was extremely patient and thorough in his approach. Their customer service department I dealt with was so courteous throughout the necessary communication in regards to arrange my delivery. Also too, I am recovering from a major surgery so I needed help with packing of the majority of my stuff. When I tell you they came extremely prepared, they came well prepared. I had a 3 bedroom home about 2200 sq. ft. so that didn't make it any easier on them. I was very happy they sent out at least three men to Pack and Load. I was going to have them take it to a storage of my own in FL but they told me they would gladly store my things free for 30 days and re-deliver it all within the same price, I was pretty pleased with that. Especially since I'm wasn't the smallest move. They handled all my things very carefully and arrived with no damages. I have a lot of fragile pieces and heavy oak wood furniture not to mention a two story home. I can go on and on about how professional and amazing they were ,especially when you typically go with the assumption if you go with the household names your probably better off, but not this time around. My last move from Boston, MA was with United and it was a nightmare. I paid over $22,000 when I was originally quoted $12,200 for that one without even having them help me pack. I ended up paying $9,800 after it originally being $9,500 with packing for this move and they did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them for any move. Another thing I was glad to hear was, they do Local in state moves in the event I needed to have them service my next one if I don't move out of state. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I waited OVER A MONTH for my furniture and household goods to be delivered, the contract was in breach, and the company had NO ETA on delivery for me. They did not answer any of my calls or emails, they screened out my phone number. I had to call with other phone numbers in order to get them to pick up. I had no idea if I will ever see my belongings again. I had paid 90% of the total cost of the move.When goods were finally delivered, multiple items were MISSING, multiple items were BROKEN. A four bedroom house they sent ONE MOVER to move everything. He wrecked multiple pieces of furniture and ruined 100+ year old plaster walls. It was a complete disaster and company has not returned any phone calls or communication re: missing items. Mover was not an employee of company, he was a sub-contractor.Additionally re: moving day. Estimate given was based on very detailed description of my furniture and number of boxes I told them I'd have was correct. It was based on cubic feet of space, not weight. On day of pickup, the mover told me my move was approximately 50% bigger than the estimate; because I needed to move out of my apartment that day, my hands were tied. They then proceeded to repack my belongings into bigger boxes (couch cushions and small boxes into wardrobe boxes, small furniture into cardboard boxes) and refused to break down small furniture such as bookcases in order to increase cubic sq footage of the move and thus increase price. I was not able to see how the truck was packed due to them using mattress & box spring to obscure the full truck. I had done calculation of my boxes and furniture and it was nowhere near as large as they quoted me on day of the move. Fraud.Do not trust ratings on Angie's List, Better Business Bureau, Google, this site, or other moving sites. All of the good reviews are fake--look at close together dates of good reviews posted, all within the last few months (moving season). This company's practices are fraudulent and negligent. In the last 20 yr I moved close to 10 times, this is the worst experience I've ever had so far. I want to be clear from the start that YES I had more items than the inventory list . But I gave the estimate from a different city and I wasn't sure about the items. I was in southern California at that time, and gave an estimate over the phone. There was no way I would remember how many boxes or plastic pins I need. I was clear about the house size and furniture/dresser items. We tried to make it as easy as possible on the movers. We packed everything ( I mean everything) all the boxes in the garage ready to load to the truck. We emptied all dressers completely then we got charged for those extra boxes! The house was almost empty: Master room had 1 bed and 2 empty dressers, 2 bedrooms with no bed frames, just 2 twin mattresses, a living room with a couple of sofas and one big screen TV. Anyway I had all the boxes ready in the garage ready to be picked up. I paid extra for the fridge 250 anyway. At the time of move they gave me another estimate, I had no choice because the owner was waiting to pick up the key. Charged form 3800 to 5500 $ , unbelievable . After the move they arrived late, the cut back of one chair, scratched my table. But the most amazing thing is that they bent my spring queen sofa in half and wrapped it for 5 days, I have a groove in the middle of my mattress now, not sure why they did that? I am not sure but I think they subcontract and subcontract. Because the one who delivered the stuff to my new house asked for the rest of the money in cash or postal order!, and does not take credit card or other method, again not sure why? The extra charge was not justified to me. I had to agree because I had no choice and no time. Worst experience for sure.Service: In-state moving

We move every 3 years or less on average. Each move has been without major issue. Until now:1. We ordered a move with Prime Relocation Services 3 weeks in advance, paid the deposit and they said they would call to confirm.2. They did not do it so we called and were told that we were on the schedule.3. On the day of the move, as they were not showing up, we called and were told that it had been rescheduled 2 days later. They claimed that they called twice and left a voice mail, which we did not receive. They also said that the “contract”, which they did not send us, refers to 2 possible days (Saturday and Sunday). We never agreed to Sunday, and this is also irrelevant since they were rescheduling us on Monday.4. We agreed to have the move on Sunday. That day, the movers never called or came. We tried to call customer service, but were only able to leave a voicemail.6. On Monday, the driver called us at 7 am to tell us that he could not come yesterday and would be there between 10 and 12. Later he called again to say that he had to pick up some supplies for a move taking place the following day (that is more than 2 days late and we're still not a priority) and would be there at 1. Another call followed to say the same thing and finally, at 2 pm, the truck showed up, that is exactly 2.5 days late. We will hopefully receive our boxes, not the next day as agreed but 3 to 4 days later.7. In the meantime, we are trying to negotiate some compensation for having lost 2.5 days waiting for those guys and the lack of communication and responsiveness of Prime Relocation Services. The manager offered us a compensation of 100$ for 2.5 days lost being on stand-by, he adjusted it to 350$ which is in no way satisfactory.8. Also, when talking to the initial salesperson, we asked what measure they had taken in reaction to the COVID-19, they said their movers were masked and using gloves. On arrival the driver came unmasked without gloves and asked us if we wanted him to wear one. We said we would stay away from them while they work. This is yet another thing that they did not respect.9. In essence they wanted us to abide to a contract they did not share with us while not respecting the agreed terms of our initial order and estimate. They changed the date of our move without our agreement, never communicated when they could not come. Don’t use Prime Relocation Services as they are not reliable, especially if you move on the last day of your lease.

The team at Prime Relocation communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would to pack us, and again to move us. The guys were super flexible and willing to take trips between our storage and our home. They were kind and considerate, and we appreciate the help!

The team composed of Elliot, Finn and Derek was extremely professional and finished the job (and more) within the estimated time frame. No complaints whatsoever. They have moved me and my sister on two family townhouse. perfectly done !!!
