UPDATED REVIEW! Yesterday I got my mail, which included a letter from a collection agency for payment on my windshield. My windshield replacement was insured. However, Premium submitted the invoice to the incorrect insurance company. Instead of contacting me when it was denied so I could research the matter, they proceeded to send it to a collection agency. This was six months after it was installed. There was nothing sent to me to indicate over those six months that my insurance hadn’t paid them. They couldn’t even be bothered to give me a courtesy phone call. So my credit is potentially impacted because of their error. I will not ever use this business again.I had a great experience with Premium Auto Glass! I had to have my windshield replaced in a 2022 Honda. They had one in stock and were able to do all the re-calibrating of the cameras on-site after replacement. I had a weird factory setting on afterwards that I could not figure out how to disable. Christopher had me come right back in and was able to disable it in a matter of minutes. VERY pleased with my experience and was impressed by Christopher's knowledge and professionalism.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very impressed with this company. Their quote was about 100 bucks cheaper than Safelite. They got me scheduled within just a few days of calling. The technician was fast and friendly. He even vacuumed out the glass off the floors of the whole car.Service: Auto side window replacement

This week I employed Premium Auto Glass to replace the windshield on my 2011 Toyota 4Runner for the second time in about 4 years. I normally don't write reviews on auto repair type businesses because 95% of them seem like con artists to me. Premium continues to impress me with their ease of doing business, punctuality and responsiveness. From the woman who provided me a price quote and scheduled my appointment, to the guy who installed my windshield, they are just a pleasure to work with. I always want the price to be lower, but they were competitive with the other quotes I received. One competitor, another national brand that advertises heavily on tv gave me a higher price, then tried to change my mind with follow up emails with coupons. They should have just given me a competitive price to start with, like Premium did on the first call.The installer showed up early, finished the job faster than estimated, and was just a damned nice guy. I wish I could wave this in the face of some other companies I have the displeasure of dealing with. My new windshield looks exactly like the original, tinting in the same place, the defroster matches. It just seems perfect. When a company treats me like they actually value my business, it's tough to justify going somewhere else even if I might save a couple bucks. I gave them 5 stars because I just don't have one complaint and enjoyed my business interaction with their people. Great job you guys! Living in Colorado, I know I'll need a windshield again in the future and will return to your company. Thank you!

If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. They were able to get me in last minute because I had a couple cracks in my windshield and they were very kind and patient with me. I wish I could've gotten their names to give them recognition but they had great service and I would absolutely come back again in the future.

Called for an appointment and they told me to come in. They quoted me a reasonable price over the phone but gave me an even better deal in person. They were quick, friendly and efficient. On 470 and a rock hit my windshield - a bad chip with lines forming instantly. Took next exit and searched Safelite, went to the nearest one, only it was Premium Autoglass. I thought I’d need a new windshield. They were super friendly, super competent, and super fast. Excellent repair job at a very reasonable price! Great experience!!

I made a week in advanced appointment, drove 15 miles arrive, and tell me after I arrive they don't have my windshield glass, why couldn't have told me before I drove through two cities to get there. Reimbursed for gas would have been nice, but I just got a half a sorry from them. I will never use, or recommend them and will let people know how they treat their, "so called customers."

We have been there twice now to have windshield chips repaired. Professional, friendly, and very reasonable prices. I had tried to get an appointment at another well known place in town and couldn't get through to a real person, tried their website which wasn't working, and when it did work I got a quote that was more than double what Premium Auto Glass charges. We will definitely be giving Premium Auto Glass all of our business!

I had an issue with my window not rolling up anymore. Stopped in without and appointment and John took a look at the window right away. He said I needed a new regulator and motor. He was able to put the window up so I could at least lock it and have the window up. Came back and he installed the new regulator and motor. Cleaned up the glue left on the window frame from the tape. Great Customer service and I would highly recommend.Services: Installation

I had a bad crack on my Lexus RX 350 windshield and my insurance company recommended Premium Auto Glass. I am glad that I had glass coverage on my policy, because it saved me +$700. Premium Auto Glass was on-time and did a fantastic job. They even installed a new e-470 sticker tag because they cannot be moved from one windshield to another. I highly recommend.

The service here is incredible. Very friendly staff. I was in and out within 10 min with a repaired rock chip. I've used this location several times and would recommend to all I know.
