Staff needs training on equality and inclusion. We noticed that the staff only attended to certain people.

I was at Pottery Barn Kids at Park meadows mall and I was the only customer, there was several employees behind the counter and no one asked me if I needed any help.

I wish there was 0 star. Avoid this company without any doubt. I purchased a bed for my daughter on Nov 3th and delivery time was Nov 10-14th.Today is Nov 30 th and I still don't have it and when I talked with customer service they told may be in next 2 weeks!If you look at other comments, mist people had same issue, AVOID... read full comment
