EDIT. They canceled my order. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I will absolutely never get furniture from here again. I bought furniture from them, that I still have yet to receive or get updated on without me calling. They have a gimmick of showing you floor items, staying they are in stock and can be shipped in 1-2 weeks. When in reality they don’t actually have anything and it gets back ordered with no dates! Worst customer service on the planet.

We had a wonderful experience working with Robin at this location when ordering our new couch. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in answering questions, offering design suggestions, and helping us choose a fabric that met our specific needs. She is amazing and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to work with a great interior designer. Our experience with her was completely different from other PB stores we visited in the best way.

Meh, it's ok. Spent $5k and then got a lecture from one of the women who works here when returning a fabric sample and buying other items. I indicated I ordered my bigger items online (self-service is a gem in the year 2024) vs. coming into the store in an archaic-dinosaur era model to order furniture from an associate. At checkout, she had the audacity to scold and shame me by ordering online and not from a store employee. It was completely inappropriate.

Terrible customer service. The employees were so condescending and rude. One of them put up her finger at me to wait one minute while on the phone. Don’t come here if you expect to be treated with respect and kindness.

3 months in and we still don't have our furniture delivered. Nobody seems to know where it is. I have had to call dozens of times and no luck. What an awful experience.

This post is for Robin, who spent well over an hour with me- answering my many questions, reviewing photos of my home, making thoughtful and consultative suggestions. She has a keen eye for design, and helped me accessorize my living room beautifully! I appreciated that my encounter with her was authentic, and not an opportunity to encourage me to spend as much money as possible (as I’ve experienced in stores like this time and time again).Thank you, Robin! You were so lovely!

I ordered a West Elm crib and changing table from the Pottery Barn at Aspen Grove Shopping Center in Denver for my soon-to-be grandson's nursery with White Glove delivery to Bedford, NH. The order was inexplicably cancelled the next day with no notification whatsoever. The only way I found out the order was cancelled was that my daughter in NH told me. This was supposed to be a gift and the order was cancelled?!? Incredibly poor customer relations.

Ordered something online with the stores help. When we received it, we decided it would not match our decor, We told them that we would most likely bring it back If it didn't match. They said no problem. When we came in to bring back the item,the employee, Cindy was extremely rude. Even though the item was in perfect condition and unused, she was hesitant to want to take the item back. Quite honestly, it made us not want to shop at Pottery Barn Aspen Grove..

Hands down the worst experience I have had with a company. A simple couch order turned into a 14 month nightmare. The first couch that was delivered was damaged and the ottoman was the wrong color. Second try they delivered the couch and ottoman in the wrong color. Decided to ask for a refund instead of giving them a third try since throughout the whole process they were disorganized and unprofesional. They picked up the couch and then it took four months and countless hours on the phone and emailing to finally get a refund.

I don't know what has happened to Pottery Barn, but they have seriously tanked. We ordered a chair and a sofa and both items were canceled without our knowledge. I waited half the day waiting for my furniture to arrive only to call and find out they canceled my order. They claim they have refunded the money but my credit card statements show there has not been any refunds. I have called several days now and every time I am told a supervisor will call me back, but I have yet to hear from a supervisor. I am put on hold while they try to figure out where their supervisor is, but for some reason a supervisor is never available and will call me back. no one can give me answers as to why my furntiure was canceled without my knowledge and why I still have not been refunded my money. We have purchased from them several years ago and have never had so many problems. We will not be purchasing from Pottery Barn again

Bought new bedroom furniture from Pottery Barn and it baffles me how incompetent their team is. Shane put the bedframe on backwards (see photos) at both the foot and headboard of the bed leaving 2 inches of metal sticking out. My husband reinstalled the frame properly but Shane didn't leave any of the "extra" hardware so we are missing 8+ screws. It's been 2 months and the customer service team still hasn't figured out how to get us the replacement hardware. I do not recommend Pottery Barn. The service is not worth the hassle.
