Second visit, liked the first, second ,not so much.
Walk in pedi on weekday afternoon. Young man did not provide all steps in delux pedi as listed on menu, did not ask before cutting toe nails, they were square, now some are square and some are round and one is horizontal.
Nail polish is unevenly applied, looks bad.
Good leg massage, he was enthuastic , but not professional quality.

It's so clean and the design I got for my vacation in Hawaii was amazing. Someone with small fingers to work with she did an amazing job and did exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend if you have small nails and scared it would end up bad and not what you wished for go here it will not happen.

We love Gorgeous Nails and the owner Ashley. The only problem with writing this review is that she’s getting so popular that she’s working way too hard ?. It’s a “no-frills“ nail place without big TVs and tons of people, which I like, and they do quality work. Ashley does amazing designs and will take the time get it just right.

Ashley and her staff are amazing! I’m always so happy with my nails everytime. Also one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten. I will be coming back over and over again!

Ashley is amazing! I’m so glad I listened to all the other reviews. She is such a talented nail artist and is super kind. She will either copy a design for you or make a beautiful design on her own. I will definitely be back

Extremely professional! I was so pleased with my nails and Ashley carries Gel X! Very quick and highly experienced. I will be back especially for gel X . They last super long and maintain well for a while .

This salon is wonderful! I just moved into the area and needed to find a new nail salon. I was looking for a personable, clean, and talented salon to start going to, and Gorgeous Nails met all of my criteria! Ashley has done all of my sets so far, and she is awesome. She remembers your name, she can take a design picture and make it into her own, and her shaping is top notch. I’ve gotten gel manicures, acrylics, and I’ve recently been converted over to dip. Ashley recommended dip after noticing my nails breaking easily, and after my switch to dip, my nails have never looked and felt so good! The rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming, and I look forward to becoming one of their regulars here.

Cleanliness: I was surprised to see they do not clean any of their instruments between customers. The floors had many stains and very dusty.
Stylist: My pedicure was very nice and looks good, it was a gel pedi for 55.00, I was in a hurry and stated I would come back for my nails as I wanted a full set and did not have time. They rushed me into a chair and the man spent no more than ten minutes . He trimmed my cuticles and I did not want polish. He said he was done and I said what no hand or arm massage and he put lotion on my hands no massage. He charged me 30.00 and I was upset. I called back and the owner said you were in a hurry that’s why and said come back and we will rub your hands. So I was going to go back and get my nails done but I decided to find another salon. The owner could have apologized or said I’ll give you 5-10 dollars off your next visit but nothing. I understand they were slow and the guy was new there but I was taken advantage of. They purposely rushed me to make money. With tip I paid 95.00 for a pedicure that had no frills just a plain one with gel and worthless manicure. If you value your money beware they price gouge new customers!

I went in on Mother's Day to get a manicure and pampered myself. The manicurist was an older woman who didn't speak any English. After polishing my nails, she got a piece of paper and proceeded to fan my nails to dry. I was shocked that they didn't have a drying station. She kept touching my wet nails to checked if they were dried and kept on fanning with her paper. I asked the other employee if they didn't have a drying station, she said yes, but the manicurist didn't know how to use it. That sound like a lie to me. Anyway, she noticed the disbelief look on my face and told me, if I have any issues with my nails to come back and they will fix it. On Wednesday morning, the polish started peeling off my nails. I went in on Thursday morning to get it fixed and was told by that same employee, who told me to come back if there was a problem, they will fix it. She told me that they can only guarantee the polish to last for two days. Imagine I spent $40.00, including a generous tip, for polish to last only two days. I use gloves when my hands have to be in water and the polish was still peeling off. This is terrible customer service. When I polish my nails at home, the polish last at least 7-9 days. I am assuming their products are expired because I can't understand that the polish was peeling off Ater two days. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE, THEY ARE LIARS AND PROVIDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A 1/4 OF A STAR !!!!!

I wouldn’t go to any other nail tech! Ashley always takes my nail inspo and absolutely kills it. You can tell she loves what she does by the quality of her work.

Ashley is seriously the best! I started going to her after going to a big brand nail salon for a while and the difference is like night and day! Her attention to detail, talent, kindness, and schedule flexibility is what keeps me coming back. She loves doing designs and is so good at them! Highly highly highly recommend!!

Gorgeous nails is amazing! Every time I go somewhere else such as a more mainstream salon I am never satisfied. Ashley and her staff are always so kind and pay attention to little details! Every time I go in my nails last a week or 2 longer than usual! They always answer the phone, and ask throughout the process if I am satisfied with what they are doing! I won’t go anywhere else!!! I am in school out of state and every time I come home I go straight to see Ashley at Gorgeous nails! 10/10 recommend!!!
