You can even have your dog/cat food ordered (call by Thursday and you will get it the next week). I have found our pet store!!

It’s a resource for information about how to keep our pets as healthy as possible for as long as possible. Buying all my pet food and treats there, I don’t have to worry about trying to figure out what foods are healthy, and what foods just have great advertising. Hero’s only carries the good stuff. When I’ve had some questions related to something my pet is going through, I feel that I can ask more questions and reach a better understanding of my options than I can at the Vet’s office. Plus, you can educate yourself about topics like heartworm and flea and tick meds,etc. through their blogs and handouts.

Emotions were high and my wife started crying from the stress of our boy aging, but the team here was incredible. They were so patient and supportive and took their time with our dog. The doctor provided a ton of great insight and recommendations for taking care of our boy in this phase of his life. It was so heartwarming to see our dog take to the wheelchair so quickly, and the team at OnTRAC made sure it fit him perfectly, taking into account all his health needs. We would absolutely recommend OnTRAC and Dr. Leonard to anyone needing high level physical therapy care for their animals.

Even though my pug's issues are not orthopedic, he took time to reassure me and offer advice for our next steps. I wish we were closer to Roxburough, I'd absolutely make Rox Paws our regular vet! For instance my sisters lab can hold a “place “for over an hour. So we drove 16hrs from Chicago to spend 2 weeks training with Lance. We have had well trained Rotties in the past but Lance’s training is next level. He is at the top of his game and you learn all of the nuances necessary to have a well trained dog. The only quirk is to remember that on Sundays or holidays they’re only open from 9 to 11 AM in the morning and from 6 to 8 PM in the evening for pick up or drop off. I learned that lesson the hard way as we showed up at noon to pick up our dog. Oops.

He is the sweetest puppy and extremely smart, but just needed help with playing gently with our very old dog, nervousness around new dogs, and learning how to focus on us rather than following a couple of our older dog’s “bad habits” (bunny chasing). We have had two visits and are extremely happy with the progress so far- some things stopped IMMEDIATELY! Thank you, Peter! We hope to see you again, but only at the dog park. ?

Nixon's Coffee House
6115 S Santa Fe Dr, LittletonI ride the platte trail many times over the last six months and had yet to try this spot until today. I wish I had visited sooner! They had a cup full of dog treats next to their cash register. The vibes were wholesome. The South Platte River + Mary Cary trails span over twenty miles and connect downtown Denver to Littleton and Englewood. Unfortunately, the trail is not shaded and there are about two public restroom and water station spots along this stretch. Nixon serves as an important rest point where people biking can catch a break, use the restrooms, and get a drink. I wish there are more coffee shops and bakeries that are right next to the trail. The ones that exist such as Table Public House and Nixon get a lot of love from non-car users. It was so busy this morning with many bikers and pedestrians out and about enjoying a beautiful sunny November day. One improvement that would be awesome is if the shop offers for stay mugs/cups to reduce on single use plastic packaging. There were a lot of bikers who hung out to enjoy their drinks before heading out so it would’ve been nice to save on their single-use cups. I did thoroughly enjoyed my 32 oz peachy lavender kombucha that they had on tap. I loved the variety of food and beverages that they offered. I hope this shop continues to thrive. Us bicyclists rely on them greatly!
