Came in about a month ago looking to explore my options for a new MTB. Bryan and Andy helped me narrow down what was best for my needs and riding style. I ended up going with a new Scor 4060 and couldn't be happier! Great shop and amazing service, highly recommend!

Bought a mountain bike here and the price was excellent. However, when I mentioned a bike sizing he tried to charge me for it. When I told him their website says you get a "complimentary bike sizing with any purchase of a new bike" he looked at me funny and said, "We adjust your seat, that's the sizing." So I just took the bike and got out of there, and I won't be back. Customer service is a thing of the past, this is why people order from Amazon. With a bike shop on every other corner in Denver metro you should consider honoring what your website says. Or don't, it doesn't really matter because I won't be shopping there again.

Pedal is the best bike shop in my neighborhood, and they’re not in my neighborhood!
Pedal has a full range of bikes from high end to entry level. I have been riding as a commuter and recreationally all my life so I know what works for me. The folks at Pedal don’t try to upsell me, convince me that I need something different or talk down to me when I tell them what I’d like or need.
It is the mechanics that provide the most value to me in a bike shop. At pedal, you will see a couple mechanics out front where you are able to access them and pick their brain. When I purchase a bike, I have questions for the mechanics. After I purchase a bike, I have questions for the mechanics. Having mechanics accessible is not a given with bike shops, and it is valuable. At Pedal the maintenance and repair of my bike feels like a collaboration, I light up when I talk about bikes and they do too.
The bottom line is this, Jay and the crew at Pedal will treat you with respect and provide great service, regardless of the price tag on your bike.
Bring your business here, they’ll earn it.

Let’s see, where do I begin. It all started when my tri bikes seat post and crank were seized with salt. The type of salt that one mines from their own natural processes. Very tough stuff. They were able to don the appropriate PPE and remove my salt laden parts. Cleaned everything up and replaced with all necessary hardware. Very accommodating.

Pedal sold me the objectively wrong-sized bike, during one of their seasonal sales. I thought the frame was too big, but the Pedal salesperson assured me it was fine. My professional bike fitter was shocked they sold me that size frame, for that bike. I lost approx. $3K on that purchase, seeing how I had to sell the bike (and related wheel set) for considerably less... all while having to buy a new bike elsewhere. Insult-to-injury is the attitude from certain surly staff members, even though I have spent probably $8-10K there in bikes, gear, and services. Buyer beware.

Best local bike shop! Recently got setup with my first road bike here, Robb was incredibly helpful with picking out the right parts that fit my budget. They were also super flexible with making some quick adjustments after my first ride- thanks again!

I recently bought a yeti SB140 from Pedal. Each one of the staff members was extremely helpful throughout the process and helped answer all of the questions I had. I highly recommend the Pedal team for anyone's bike needs!

I bought my dream bike from this shop last year and rode it consistently until I was involved in a bike crash over this past summer. I went to the hospital and as soon as I was discharged that day I brought my bike over to them to see what they could do.
In a word, wizardry. I don’t know what they do in the back behind the counter but I’m sure it involves an ancient spell book and magic wands.
My bike looked to me like it was totaled. Busted spokes, fork and handlebars twisted the wrong way. The hoods were completely trashed along some other things. I thought I was out a bike and would have to pony up and buy another one.
It took them a while, I didn’t care as I’m still recovering. But I picked up my bike today and took it on a ride. Im so stoked. The bike rides like it’s brand new off the showroom floor. Shifts and braking are like butter and the handling is the same as it was before. Just smooth. Everything aligned. No squeaks. And definitely no complaints from me.
Did it take them a while? Yep it sure did but that’s because they do it right and wanted to do right for me.
Did I pay? Gladly, because I trust all of these guys and they’ve never steered me wrong on any purchase I’ve made, large or small. They’re up front and honest. If it wasn’t salvageable they would have said so.
This is the best bike shop in the Denver Metro area, maybe even Colorado. It’s the only one I go to for everything bike related. I’m glad to have found them.
Thanks again to everyone in the shop for getting me back in the road. I really appreciate it.

Robb was excellent in helping me find the right gravel bike for me. I am a beginner and he was helping me find good deals and not trying to sell me anything super expensive. He also explained all the different features of the bikes to me. I got to test ride the bike and ended up buying one. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere!

Bought an e-bike here staff was a bit hit or miss. Some very helpful and thoughtful others disinterested.
After a few weeks the bike had many issues, including broken crank and throttle. Pedal did have the manufacturer honor the warranty and fix it. However, became unresponsive when I asked for some accommodation or store credit due to being out of a bike for two weeks about a month after I bought it.
Overall, very unimpressed with quality and customer service.
