Eva received me with a friendly greeting and started my “intake” right away. I waited maybe a minute between seeing her and seeing Dr. Chow. He asked questions. He made recommendations. He helped me think through my deductible. He genuinely cared about my health. We spent longer together than any Doc I have seen in recent memory. I recommend you come prepared. If you have questions write them down beforehand. You will get them answered. This is in contrast to the approach of, I can see you today for this one thing, then we will make an appointment for some other thing. You can actually make some progress with a little planning.

I really wanted to leave a truly positive review, and if I had written this review when I first started at this facility it would have been. While seeking a primary care physician, PeakMed came right up. (thanks Google!)When I first came to peakmed, I felt and thought it was going to be a perfect fit for me. I won't mention what physician I saw out of respect but I will say they told me on my first appointment that they could prescribe all of my medications except for my psych. medications. I was then told I need to find a psychiatrist to get those medications, and the physician would give me 3 months worth of my psych. meds to get me to that point. The day I was told to find a psychiatrist, I made an appointment. On top of that because at the time I didn't have Medicaid I paid cash for my first appointment. I was able to schedule a medication appointment at a new facility within a week or two. Then I had to go to the office in person to "Check my blood pressure" My blood pressure wasn't mentioned. Then I was told she couldn't provide me with 3 months she could only do two more weeks... I asked her if I were to run into a snag, would she be able to provide me another week to try to find another facility. She explained to me that on top of all of that because I'm on a certain medication she suddenly can't give me my Lyrica anymore. Apparently there's an interaction that I can't seem to find anywhere... I asked a couple physicians if there was an interaction most of them said immediately "no way, people are given gabapentin or pregabalin with opiates all the time" An interaction with methadone. So apparently after taking those two medications for about 7 years together with no negative side effects lets me know that obviously they wanted me gone as a patient. Not once did they have ANY of my medications in stock, don't think you're gonna walk out with your meds. "peak" medicine? medication? And I love getting charged this month for a service they never could have provided. For myself, TOTAL WASTEof time and money.Although they do have nice offices and certain staff members kill themselves working there, I unfortunately still feel wronged. My feelings were hurt hardcore. I was told "I have 500 other clients other than you, you have to stop emailing me so much" (500 patients? Well maybe don't give 500 patients your email...) I picked this facility bc i was told they have less patients to give the ones they do, more attention. They do a great job of making you feel welcome but they're AMAZING at making you feel extremely unwelcome. My pet peeve is when a "professional"(especially in the medical field) says they will do something, then suddenly won't. (Even if their superior were to be the one to make the decision) I feel as though I was coached into the whole thing, then thrown to the wolves. As the patient's physician, they should advocate, and explain that they promised 3 months. A compromise would have been at least a month and it's completely unfair pretty unfair to give someone two weeks of medication, especially after they help themselves to auto pay on my husbands bank account. As someone with MS, avascular necrosis, blind in my right eye, two brain tumors and mental health... I've had both my hips replaced, I deal with horrible symptoms and pain on a daily basis. I should be on pain management and they're throwing a fit about a clonazepam prescription...This place is perfect for families bringing their kids for school physicals, getting flu shots/vaccines. I wouldn't call it a walk-in situation. I also have never gotten a single one of my prescriptions from this facility. And I take plenty of none controlled meds like Lisinopril, they told me I'd have to go to the actual pharmacy for my controlled medications but in reality I had to go to the pharmacy for every script and pay for them. And that was one of the "selling points" for why I chose this place. If you don'

Our family of 6 is new to PeakMed, Dr. Chow & PA Kristin took their time to get to know each of us and address any concerns. The care we have received thus far is better than any care we have received in the past from a PCP or Pediatrician. It’s easy to communicate & they are prompt in responding. I am impressed. MA Niva is wonderful as well.

I used to go to this place and was pretty good price and service. But after covid-19 started was super hard to reach. No way to schedule appointments. I got my insurance and tried to cancel my subscriptions 5 times. They said I cancel it but always got bill for next payment. The last time I canceled again and change my card. They scammed me for extra payment again even I canceled. I asked them to cancel it again and cancel my fake payment. Instead of that I got letter from Summit A*R debit collector....I paid my fake debt. I hope They will not scam me again or others people...Please avoid this place....I might take them to court because I have my record for canceling subscription and They still charge me.

I love PeakMed Direct Primary Care and use the Littleton office and Dr. Chow who is fantastic. It's nice to be able to sit and discuss all elements of care, testing, costs and make rational decisions. Very pleased.

called to make an appointment, and the lady was condescending about needing to pay a fee, and then when I asked her for any referrals anywhere she said she doesn’t know and that I can “just look online.” Like obviously I can look online but I was just asking for some guidance as I’m super young with not really any idea what I’m doing. But you’re right sis I CAN just look online so sorry for wasting a few minutes if your pathetic life.

Went in to ask a question today and was greeted by very rude office assistant. With no one in the lobby, I was kicked out for stopping in to ask a question about whether seeing a doctor was necessary. To my face, she told me she would be happy to make an appointment for me if I had a phone to call her. Warning: Don't stop in to make an appointment or ask as question as it is their "Policy." Although, this "policy" is not posted anywhere on their website or door. Also, assumptions on your symptoms are made even if you haven't told them anything about you.
