I had called the Advance Auto Parts nearby, but the person who picked up the phone was as short as you can get. I called this O'Reilly place right after with same question, and they were helpful from the start. Decided to go to this O'Reilly instead and glad I did. It was Friday at around 8pm, and the guy that I talked to was friendly and helped me out to decide what tool I needed for my sparkplug, and I ended up buying something else. Great service

I came in looking for some drying towels and after 5 min both workers decided it was necessary to follow me around the store. I asked if I did something and they straight up told me that I was looking at towels for 20 min and that they knew I wasn't going to buy anything. All this while having a smirk on their face. I've never been disrespectEd like that. I told them that if they have cameras then they can go ahead and keep an eye on me thru the cameras instead of just following me around the store trying to intimidate me . This is the reason Amazon is taking over people just don't care about customer service. I was accused of trying to steal a $10 drying towel and they didnt think that they told me they KNEW i was trying to steal.I was left speechless. A tip would be to hire more adults and less teens or teach them about customer service and respect. Needless to say I went up the block to advanced auto parts and I now have my drying towel that was paid for and had a great visit

Incredibly disrespectful and disappointing service. I have never felt so minimized and distrusted in a customer interaction before by the staff that has previously been mentioned in other reviews. I would stay far away from this location

I bought all my parts from them. I went to swap headlights and add a little oil to my vehicle and the I guessing manager came out and threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing. He said that you are not allowed to do anything to your vehicle on their property. Buy your parts and get out. This was after I asked an employee at the desk when I checked out if I was ok to do it there. He answered yes just don’t make a mess. I have never had this happen at any other location or other chain. I will never step foot in this establishment again. This is not how you treat customers.

Complete lack of respect for customers. I dropped off 2 rotors to have them turned. They said they could get to them the next day, I said no problem. The next day a guy called me in the morning to ask what year, make, and model my vehicle was so he could look up the specs on the rotors to see if they could be turned or not. I gave him that information then I proceeded to ask a follow up question. The guy interrupted me and said he only need the year, make, and model. I said I understand that but I have another question. He interrupted me again. I asked him why he kept interrupting me then he hung up on me. I called back and had a very similar exchange. He hung up on me again. I called back again and the manager answered this time. The manager was able to listen to my question and answer it without issue. I will never be back to this store again based on how I was treated by trying to ask a follow up question. I picked up my rotors and went right up the street to Advanced Auto Parts and purchased the rest of the parts I needed to complete my brake job. Advanced Auto Parts personnel were polite and easy to work with. If you are in the neighborhood do not got to O'Reilly's, instead go a couple blocks up the road to Advanced Auto Parts and have a much better experience.

John & Gene at Broadway/ Arap are terrible at customer service. They need to learn how to greet people, offer assistance, help find items, and close the sale. Despicable treatment at this store- and I've been in the neighborhood 30 years. Usually the staff is helpful, non-judgemental, and professional. Not sure what happened with the staffing, but these guys are too old to care. Fire them. .

Phoenix helped me test my battery when I was having issues starting my vehicle. I was having a bad day but his kind and calm demeanor and helpful attitude really shifted my mood and cheered me up. My interaction with him and his excellent customer service was such a positive part of my day. Thank you!

I have never been treated so rudely. I brought in 10 quarts of used oil to recycle. I was accused of dyeing the oil to hide what was in it as well as accused of disposing of antifreeze in the oil. The engine it came out of doesn’t even use antifreeze!! The guy behind the counter made threats that it would come “right back to me” if it had anything in it. It was pure oil drained straight out of an aircraft engine. Nothing but oil. I’ll never be back here for anything.

Went in for a tie rod. The system showed they had one in stock. However, an employee put items away in random locations. Therefore they could not find the tie rod immediately. The employee did ask for the manager to help but that left one employee up front helping customers. That employee decided to complain and both employees trying to help me find my item just stopped and gave up. Instead of just one employee trying to help me they just gave up on me as a customer because of their screw up and they wanted to get more people checked out and make more money than care about customer satisfaction. They told me to travel no less than 5 miles away for the closest store to have in stock and did not offer any discount or alternative. They did not even attempt to call the store to make sure they had it. If you go to autozone or advance auto parts you will at least have the parts you actually need organized so you can find it, with staff that care about individual customers, and if they don't have a part they will have it brought over from another store in a timely fashion so you don't have to travel with an out of service car

I guess because i'm a female I don't need to be acknowledged.Went in for wipers. A grey haired guy and young man were on computer didn't acknowledge me when i was standing there, the only customer in store.Went by wiper section tried to figure out on my own. Still not a hello or anything so i left.Advantage down the street was happy to help me.Ladies, don't even bother.

I liked would when I came into this store no judged me from my lack of car experience. The manger of this store helped me buy oil for my care and was nice enough to help me put it in my car. I was put at ease when he and his staff joked around with me. I left feeling happy that I was heard out and was not up selled with any products. I really do wish the best for this business and specifically this location. Thank you for taking the time to education me about my car, helping me apply this oil, so I can get it to my mechanic. I am grateful for a place like this one.

Unlike every other store in existence, even though if you made the purchase on a credit card, you can't return rental tools without the receipt. Very antiquated system and wasting tons of my time and it's very inconvenient. We went all digital two years ago due to covid and they're still behind the game. I'll be renting my tools and purchasing items elsewhere.
