This experience was something I was dreading I don't like talking to much about by medical but Katie helped getting everything set up for me. She was so nice and just genuine with me. Talking about what I needed was hard at all. She even made sure there wasn't anything else I needed. there was lol. A lot it feels like but Katie made sure to answer questions give suggestions made everything actually nice to handle. Thanks Katie. And thanks for getting my supplies national medical!

What a fantastic place. I had the privilege of speaking with Robert and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't had experience like this in a long, long time. I am extremely impressed. This fellow needs a raise. He is funny and knows how to speak to older people without embarrassing them. I can't say enough. Trust this place. You won't regret it.

As a person who is already experiencing medical issues, it has been so frustrating trying to work with this company. I canceled all of my services through them this morning. I have been waiting since May for paperwork to get a toilet riser and shower bars. I had been sent a couple of different things and they keep getting sent to my friend's house. Not even sure how we got this address, mind you when I had called and spoken with the office multiple times and told them not to send things there. Yes I can go pick them up yes it is very inconvenient as it is an hour away. Maybe in certain circumstances it is an okay company, but my experience was not pleasant in those lightest bit except the staff was polite.

I truthfully love this company I have been with them Since 2013 and all the employees have great attitude about their job and they treat people with love respect and dignity and I couldn't ask for more ,when i think about them they always make my day your truthfully Gina jenkins I always tell my friends to go to them for their service !!!

I have been a client of National Medical sense May 2017. They are instrumental in my continued supply of personal and medical apparel and equipment . I want to give a special shoutout to “Robert” in Sales who did his very best to keep me as a continued client by listening to my needs and doing his best to fulfill them. I will continually use National Medical Supply to take care of my personal medical needs.

Michelle over in the respiratory therapy department is absolutely amazing, she is super accommodating to peoples needs for those with disabilities or without, and she does home visits if you need any kind of help getting your machine set up.I’m so upset that this supplier does not accept both Medicare and Medicaid for the respiratory department. As someone with disabilities I absolutely need your company, I can’t deal with the bigger companies out here they are not helpful and they don’t give one on one assistance.Is there any possibility I can talk with somebody in your upper management because I would love to use your company for my DME needs.

Natl Med Supply is a terrific company with fantastic employees. Customer service is superlative. Today I spoke with both Lorenzo and Robert, who answered every question I had, went the extra mile to help with Medicaid issues, and were pleasant and well informed. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees Thank you!

I like the people that help with order. Very helpful and friendly. However, in the last four months only once had the order gotten here when they said it would. I call and am told various reasons why. The month it came it came correctly and on time, so I know it is doable. Their delivery division needs some serious help with reliability and responsibility. I don't need excuses I need the products. I will review again in a couple of months we will see if it goes up or further down.
