Interesting what they really do buy. Web page shows they buy contemporary designer labels. I saw several items without labels on the racks. And when I took in NEW WITH DESIGNER LABELS AND TAGS current clothing, they did not buy. Very disappointed and would not go back.

Talk about horrible customer service. You could tell that the girl working there was so annoyed that she even had to be there. I bought one item and while she was checking me out she was throwing the hanger on the counter, then she threw the scanner on the counter. What is wrong with people anyway? She left my item crumpled on the counter and asked if I wanted my receipt. Of course I want my receipt! Just plain rude and unfriendly. I won’t be going back. I’ve been in this store on other occasions and was not impressed.

I’ve come to a few times and each time I tell myself I’m not going back. The store is very dirty huge clumps on the carpet, tags, glitter dust. Try on rooms are disgustingly dirty. Poor set up, clothes on cheap hangars most fall off just looking through rack. No rhyme or reason to sizing in the pants found size 6 / 8 /10/12/18/20 all throughout the row so it’s difficult to find your exact size. No one greets you when you walk in and I’ve been here four times same experience each time. No one asked you if you need help or if you’re looking for anything or if you’d like a try on room. The clothes are a mess. The shoes are a mess. The store is just dirty and gross and a lot of the clothes reflect that with stains, rips, pills, smells. I will not be coming back. Also they are way overpriced for the quality of the buy they bring in.

They refused to even look at the clothing I brought in. I am not sure how this store functions as they supposedly buy and sell clothing, yet had absolutely no interest in buying. If they are no longer buying used clothing, they should be transparent about that and save everyone some time!
Would give zero stars if I could and do not recommend going here. I had two boxes overflowing with barely worn, high-quality clothes and will absolutely be taking them elsewhere.

They have a kid working all by herself on a Saturday. If they can't staff properly, they shouldn't be open at all.

My selling experience was excellent at this store. When I walked in, the staff was welcoming and inviting. There is no appointment system but you can drop off your clothes and opt in for text messaging updates for when the buyer is finished. The location is great too because while the buyer is finishing up, you can either stay and look at their clothing or leave the store and look at the other places around here. As for me, I opted for charging my e-bike battery while waiting. All in all, the experience took less than 30 minutes, and I was happy with the three items that they took out of eighteen. I highly recommend making a day / half a day out of consigning your items in this area since Clothes Mentor and Plato's Closet are right here and there are so many other stores to peruse while you're waiting.

Sold here for the first time a couple nights ago. Very clean and organized! Great store to walk into. Definitely a decent place to sell as well. They took stuff I didn't think they would which was cool. Only issue was the girl who was helping us (long blond hair). She told us it would take 20-30 minutes so we stayed in the store looking around. She then disappeared and I never saw her again, she never said anything to us. There was another very nice lady who asked if we were waiting for a buy offer and I said yes. She informed me the original girl had finished "quite a while ago". She never said anything to us, so that's kind of disappointing. Doesn't really make me want to come sell here again. One other thing, maybe keep gossip talk between associates to a quieter level or not when customers are in the store or keep it in the back. Makes for an unpleasant buying or selling experience. Just a thought. ?♀️

I called in advance so ask if they took women's professional clothes and they said they did. When I brought in two large bags of clothes, they took 2 casual items and that is all. The lady in the store was nice, but seriously, get your act together. If you say you buy them, then buy them. I asked why she didn't buy them and she said it was bc of inventory and not bc of the clothes themselves. Waste of an hour.

Would not sell here again. Basically paid like $1.50 for what they bought from me. I realize they kept a few of my faux fur vests and did not pay me for them. I know better than to mess with these places. Never again. You are better off selling your stuff on poshmark for $5 than deal with these types of places

The newly renovated location impresses with its clean and organized atmosphere. Brittany stands out for her exceptional customer service, going beyond to assist in selecting fantastic outfits. While the prices may be slightly higher compared to other resale shops, the quality of items justifies it, and great deals are still to be found. Selling items here comes with the perk of receiving double the in-store credit. Notably, the men's selection is commendable, addressing a gap often found in many thrift stores. Overall, a positive experience with a well-curated collection and attentive service.

I've tried bringing clothes here 2 different times over the last 2 years. Brought in a whole tub of clothes plus a few extras and was offered $4.25 for 2 items or $8 in store credit today and $5 for 5 items previously . This place doesn't give you anything for what you bring in you're better off going to Plato's to sell your clothes. They took most of my items for $50 at Plato's. This place is a joke don't waste your time.

I am cleaning out my mom's closet and brought three bags of clothes to try and sell. The woman working there (only one employee on a Saturday) told me it would be about 30 minutes, but that they would text me when it was done. I looked around the store for a bit and then went to get a beverage. Came back about 45 minutes after initially dropping my clothes, and I saw my bags sitting in the same place that they had been left initially. I went and waited in my car for about and hour, periodically popping my head in to see what was going on, clothes still hadn't moved. After another 30 minutes I went up to the counter and the woman working said she couldn't buy a single piece, which I found very hard to believe because there were good things of name brand (I'm talking north face jackets, nearly new pairs of jeans, nice blouses etc). She said everything was too worn or out of style. When I got back to my car and inspected the bags, they hadn't even been opened, I could tell because I packed them myself. Looking around the store, much of what I brought in was within the style of the items for sale. I wasn't expecting to sell everything, but not taking a single piece is ridiculous. In addition, there weren't many people selling, and to wait over two hours, with no text alerting me that my items had been inspected (not to mention that they obviously hadn't been) and having to ask if she was finished before getting the bad news was completely unacceptable.Do not try and sell your clothes here.
