I absolutely love the service I get at Murray's shoes. They always have a good selection. If they don't have exactly what I need / want they are quick to order it. The brands that they carry are top of the line and you will pay the same price or more online so WHY not support a fabulous family owned shoe store.

Top notch experience! I was greeted right when I walked in the door and assisted throughout completion of my purchase. First time here and I assume based off observing others, as well as, the professionalism I experienced that this is the standard. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have plantar fasciitis and Morton’s neuroma in both feet. Yeah walking and exercising can be challenging for me. Murray’s shoes is where I go for my shoes. I don’t have the luxury of wearing sketchers or other inexpensive shoes. The staff are excellent listeners and very knowledgeable and I am quite impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend them and their selection is fantastic. If they don’t have your size in stock they will order it for you.

Nice associates. I drove all the way for a trunk show. Didn't have my size so it was a wasted trip. They can order in but since I live so far away I didn't want to order to the store. They have sale tables for men and women's shoes. And a nice selection of comfortable looking footwear.

Great clean store with quality shoes, expert advice, and excellent customer service!This is the best place ever! If you want to see customer service embodied - go here! Jim spends quality time with everyone wanting his expert advice. After having foot problems for years, under the care of a podiatrist for 2 years, Jim’s recommendations cleared up my issues in 3-4 months. I’m back to purchase 3 more pairs of shoes. The ladies are super helpful and knowledgeable as well.

The young woman who helped me was wonderful!I have a great deal of difficulty finding footwear with stability and motion control...in 2A. She found several options, was patient, encouraged me to try the ones I liked again and checked the fit! She made me feel as if she really cared!

Expert great service and experience true dedication to their craft when you go to Murray's. I get my birkenstocks re soled here every year. The orthotics, and other selections are vast. They spend a lot of time with each customer.
