“Best move I have ever experienced. The guys (John, Jared, and Sebastian)showed up right on time, very helpful in telling me how and where they would move everything. I was a frazzled mess when they arrived, but seriously they made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel overwhelmed anymore. They took great care in wrapping all the furniture and made things extra convenient with dressers and bookshelves. They finished in less time than I thought they would, but kept me posted and updated throughout. Also the moving truck is really nice and clean.

My new place is on the third floor and they worked really hard. Great group of men! Would highly recommend.”

Rob and Jason helped us move out of our old home by packing our large furniture into mini storage containers, and into our new home a few weeks later, which was close by. They arrived on-time and were both very pleasant and enjoyable. Their pricing was upfront, very well explained, and very fair. They worked quickly and efficiently. They wrapped and packed our furniture in the containers very tightly and we were pleased to find that nothing was damaged when the containers were delivered to our new address.Unpacking at our new home was done with just as much care as with our move out. “If I could give 6 stars I would, .. Due to the bad rep moving companies usually get I wanted to make it a point to share my experience on how my long distance move went!.. Prime Relocation Services moved my family from Colorado to Savannah,Georgia and it was hands down, a great experience! First of all I have to praise the representative who set up my move, Jason was extremely thorough with details on what to expect in the process. I loved the brief education provided on carriers vs. brokers, ..Listen, if you’re planning a move while you read this review,, please please, make sure you ask this question, this helped narrow down my search a lot!!, I didn’t realize there was a difference between the terms.I gave my inventory to Jason over the phone and received my quote with a clear break down of services. On my pick up date, although only 2 guys arrived, they were punctual and handled all my furniture with care. I was relieved there were no scratches on my floors, as I have real wood floors that was just refinished, I was worried, but the movers brought pads for all the legs and wrapped all my pieces professionally. This process was so strategical in how they loaded I could tell they’ve been doing this a while! I was impressed by only two guys moving my 3 bedroom home. My original quote was 5900, but there was a difference in price after all, the total came out to 6200, between some boxes and specific packing that I didn’t realize I needed before they came. Which is fine, the movers arrived with the list I did provide and I was off by a few things after all my family packing was said and done. Delivery took about a week, which was perfect timing for me since my husband and I decided to drive to Georgia. Delivery was equally as smooth, all furniture was placed in rooms of our choice. The guys had a good sense of humor which I appreciated and kept their masks on, which I also appreciated. I would recommend Prime Relocation Services to any family member.. I think we’ve moved into our forever home, but if we did ever decide to move again, im calling Jason”
