Excellent Service and Honorable People - This Midas location on Holly Street in Littleton, Colorado is the best I have been to in the area and is our go-to location for all of our tire, and auto care needs. This rare combination of a staff who can remember your name, who can be trusted, as well as provide exceptional tire and mechanical automotive support is well worth any wait. Trust me you will be glad you did.

I went in for a transmission oil change. I had some other concerns and the shop did a thorough, full car inspection to make sure there weren't any safety concerns. Luckily there were none. The shop owner was very communicative. The transmission oil change was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with their professionalism. I highly recommend this Midas shop for your mechanical needs.

On November 17, 2023 @ 12:30pm, I barely avoided getting hit by a wreckless driving Midas worker, in the adjacent King Soopers gas station parking lot. Midas worker was speeding through the parking lot and did not slow down or yield as drove between Midas and the gas station, I had to slam my breaks to avoid collision, to add fuel to the fire he flipped me off. Not a great representation of this Midas location. I would not want this Midas worker driving or working on my car.

Husband dropped off the car at our 10 am appointment with Midas and made him wait until almost 4 pm just for them to tell him they didn't have a chance to look at it. Please don't have appointments available if you are overbooked. Don't waste people's time and money.

I had a great experience at this Midas located off Holly and County Line!! They are individually owned and Rashid the owner didn’t try to oversell me just gave me the information I needed. He was fast and affordable and honest which auto repair places don’t sometimes have a good reputation for. He even helped me with a warranty on my Interstate battery. His employees have been so loyal for years. You know he’s a great boss if they stay that long and they are like family. He considers his employees like a family members he told me. I felt so comfortable here and I assure you, you will too!!

June 1, I went to to Midas. More specifically the Littleton, Colorado location located at, 8270 s Holly Street. They charged me $100 upfront for the diagnostic test and said it would be applied towards my overall bill had I completed my work with them but would have been charged this regardless if I did not. So naturally when they told me I needed a new set of spark plugs and ignition wires I left my car with them to complete the work. My car was running again! This is good because I moved out to North Carolina. I started having small issues accelerating but thought nothing of it as it is a 2009 vehicle and just drove it a long distance. I was driving home from my new job August 11, my car was struggling and the check engine light started flashing at me. As I am not a car expert, I took my car in the following morning to a Firestone next door to work so I could leave it there and walk to work. The only Midas locations in my new hometown were all permanently closed. Firestone called me to inform me one of my ignition wires was not plugged in, instead it was laying across my exhaust and had burned through. I had them complete the work for me. This cost me another $370.03 that I absolutely DID NOT need to pay for since I had already paid to have this work done by an apparently negligent mechanic. I called the store to speak to the manager and again, I am not car expert, I ended up going back in to Firestone to have the mechanics speak to this manager. Who then offered to reimburse me the $139.98 for the ignition wire but "did not charge you for a diagnostics test" so that's the best they would offer. I called corporate in full understanding that these locations are a franchise. They told me a district manager or a shop owner would be in touch with me. 1 week later I still have not heard from anyone. When I called corporate to follow up on the case number I opened, he kept saying "had you called Midas they would have recommended somewhere that would have been able to cover the costs". While I continuously repeated how this work was JUST DONE and it should NOT have been the result of my check engine light flashing! So of course I went to the closest mechanic to work thinking it must be something completely different! I was not going to call up Midas (especially since there is not a single one remotely close to the town I live in now) and ask if they had screwed up the work they did and why is my check engine light on. Midas should be held responsible for the full reimbursement. This is a $370.03 I would not have had to pay had the work at this shop been completed correctly the first time! I work hard for my money and let's be honest I don't have a lot, so for some of us $370.03 was a significant amount to throw out on something a second time. NOT TO MENTION, not a single person had called me since I called a week ago but apparently the "higher up management" decided they would only pay back for the ignition wires. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! I am attaching both the Midas receipt and Firestone as well as the photo of my burnt ignition wire that Firestone let me keep. I am taking to social media because I was wronged and they are not making it right. I won't be walked over about this, I am a women with a lack of knowledge how cars work but I do know wrong from right. And I think the Midas off of Holly Street in Littleton deserves a big shout out for their lack of attention to detail and lack of responsibility and lack or care for customers. If anyone is willing to share it would be greatly appreciated. Even if I don't see a dime back after this I don't care, don't go to this Midas.

I needed tires installed and balanced to prepare for a road trip. I did not have an appointment but they told me to come in and they would get the job done. In fact, I haf asked " how soon can you get me in?" And Richard, the manager replied "How soon can you get here?" Now thats the kind of service I can relate to! They had me in and out in under 2 hours and the only reason it took this long is they ran out of tire weights and had to wait for them to be delivered. The technician was corteous, professional and they did a quality job. I had the idea that Midas handled mufflers only, but it appears they are full service. Thanks to Richard and the high level of customer service, Midas has earned my repeat business. #LiveRemarkably

Fast! Good price! Friendly! Comfy waiting room with huge TV and restrooms. Came for brakes, left happy.*Update: very helpful with an electrical issue (missed by several other places) and a transmission referral.*Updated update: my lug nuts were cross threaded (by another company) and stripped. They had to *drill* into them to remove my tire, for what we all thought would be a simple brake job. Thankfully they did amazing with this unusual situation and I was able to get to work on time!!
