I'd have to say the customer service is horrible, mainly because in a week no one has answered the phone when I called nor returned any of my phone calls, must be lousy service inside the store as well

Francisco helped me so much yesterday. He showed me a phone I came back in today. He helped me download some apps that I didn't know how to download. He was a perfect gentleman he helped me so much. I feel like i've learned so much from him

Love Metro by T-Mobile! I've always only had great experiences. They make everything really easy! At this location Fransisco did a great job helping me add home internet to my existing plan. Also will be back to get a new phone and possibly tablet. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the current deals that would fit my family's needs!

Went in yesterday with some problems and left with a great deal. No joke, these deals will burn your face off.Ask about the "crazy 23" summer promo offering a discount for members who wear a cornflower blue sun hat in June or July this year.

Worst experience. Visited at store at 6:50 for my mobile recharge but person at store didn't entertained and asked me to go back. Very pathetic experience. They don't know how to talk to customer.

I bought a tablet had to exchange it first guy said he ordered it and it would be there in a couple days after a week I went back in because they don't ever answer there phones to check on the tablet and the next guy said it was covered under warranty and that it was never ordered. Coupler days later a girl called me from 44th Pecos location saying my tablet was there to be picked up. I'm so frustrated and they don't know what there doing

Every time i go into this place, the customer service people always roll their eyes when i walk in. I've had nothing but bad experience when I've gone to this metro store.

Horrible customer service at this store. I've been with them for a long time, always different people working there, manager turns his phone off when not working so no means of contacting the store, manager lies, need a new phone every couple months with out of pocket cost and refusal to help customers out.I have jad 6 days now without a phone to work off of. I use my phone for business purposes and they do not care I cannot work. If you use metro pcs, don't use this store

This store now holds the unique position of being the worst store we've had the displeasure of working with. An employee sold one of my grandparents a phone under the guise of it being 5G capable, when in reality it was a 4G phone. Rather than working with my grandparents and my wife, who came along to help sort the issues out, they ran then around in circles and told them to come back multiple times. My wife had to eventually get corporate on the line and explained what was occurring, and they agreed that the only solution was to exchange for a 5G capable phone which would work with the plan. This store did not honor corporates decision and refused to work with them on a viable solution forcing them to drive into Denver to go to the corporate stores who actually resolved the issue.In my opinion I recommend going to the actual Metro PCS Corporate stores in Denver. They have better customer service, they're not a 3rd party company and have much better options to select from.One Star

I went in to get a promotion that the company is running to switch services and get an I phone 11 for free. Everything was done I was ready to purchase and Anna ( the employee) said, “I don’t know why it won’t give you the coupon.” She had no idea why and did nothing to help me further. She would not call a manager and just pretty much said sorry you’re sol! If a promotion is being run, why can’t I get it? If I’m not eligible then tell me why! If there is no reason then a manager needs to over ride the transaction. Very disappointed, I was ready to switch from a phone carrier that I have been with for over 10 years!
