“This Kohl’s store has been rearranged by some savvy and pragmatic designers. I found it very easy to find what I needed. Returns desk is well-placed and register lanes are roomy and well-located. Seems to be enough personnel at a time when that seems rare in retail!”

“I shop Eddie Bauer once a year when everything in the store is 50% off. You get great deals! This particular store is not much different than all the rest. When going this year the service was very good with helpful staff asking what I needed and finding it in the back when it wasn't on display. Over the years, I've purchased down vests, light down jackets, lined pants, shoes, socks, underlayers and travel accessories. I've been satisfied with all my purchases. The clothing, in particular, fits well and wears a long time.”

Came in with some online purchases; I ordered two pairs of pants (to make sure one fit), and a matching blazer for an upcoming wedding.
Unfortunately the suit was a touch small, and the pants that did fit, still had a security tag on them (-1 point for online shopping).
Carrie not only removed the tag but got me a new suit for the in-store price.”

“I've been a frequent flyer of this Vans store for well over ten years and I have to say that every experience has been amazing. Heart breaking when my size isn't in but they always do their best to help out and make sure you love what you're getting. Today Haley ( my cashier was awesome and actually helped me secure another pair of Vans to rock!), and I believe she said her name was Janesa was also awesome! She helped me get a new pair of shoes for work and was super helpful and had amazing vibes. I walked away with two new pairs to rock out and add to my growing 20+ pair collection, there's always a reason I come back here and that's because they make you feel like part of the Vans family.
