8086 W Bowles Ave Unit G1, Littleton“I had the pleasure of working with Chuck at the Littleton location. These guys are awesome. They have the best prices and Chuck really went out of his way to explain a lot of things to me. Extremely nice guy and he educated me about lots of things. I had a complicated order and he was willing to help me out and figure everything out. Great experience.”
“Katie was SO helpful! I just started as a veterinary assistant, and had no idea what I was doing when shopping for my first scrubs - but Katie helped me find the right size, a set in the color and style I liked, and set me up with a punch card and coupon for later!”
“Integrity Medical has been an excellent company to work with. Tyler has gone above and beyond to ensure that the process of purchasing and installing a new X-Ray machine has gone smoothly. Her and the rest of the Integrity Medical team are greatly appreciated by our office!”
“We rented a knee scooter here. Their store is near Littleton Hospital. High quality, stable scooter and friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely be repeat customers!”
“I ordered a TENS unit and accessories from this company over the phone and the customer service was amazing. They helped me decide exactly what tens unit would fit what I needed the best. My order got to me within 5 days and seemed to be shipped out the same day I called. I've had this unit for a few months and it has been the only thing that has helped my pain. Great product!!”
“First off, I have to say to the negative reviewers, as someone who did insurance authorizations for a clinic, it is actually supposed to be YOUR responsibility to check for insurance coverage, it says so on the little piece of paper that you signed when you first started seeing your doc that every provider I've ever been to has made people sign. Doctor offices and suppliers do it so that it cuts down on the headaches from people being upset because they had to wait on hold for 4 hours. Secondly, Aspen if often the second company that gets your referral when your doc prescribes it, especially with oxygen, as the docs don't have any clue that the oxygen companies are sending the prescription to Aspen because they don't provide the monitoring equipment. So there may be an assumption that since the oxygen company was in network, that the place they refer to you because the oxygen company doesn't provide monitoring equipment is as well. Again, that is supposed to be your responsibility to check, and having dealt with the three top oxygen companies in the Denver area, they were all horrid in terms of paperwork and authorizations before the pandemic. Thirdly, we are in the middle of a pandemic from a virus that causes respiratory illness. Think about what that means for respiratory care providers and give them a break. Your referral may be on hold as mine currently is by the oxygen provider who is overwhelmed, and so are the insurance companies and Medicare/Medicaid folks. The docs office and Aspen are overwhelmed as well. I have a friend still doing authorizations at UC Health, and it can take over 5 weeks to get an authorization BACK from Medicare, let alone a private insurance company. I called Aspen when I didn't hear from here, and Elaine said she hadn't yet gotten the referral, and when I said I'd contact that company, she said "good luck", and then offered to email the oxygen company for me, and I'll contact the docs office tomorrow to politely ask them to send it directly to Aspen. Fourthly, as someone whose oxygen levels have been all over the place, Elaine, who does the scheduling, has been incredibly thorough in contacting me each and every time I have a doc ordering a new test, which have been coming from multiple providers, to see if it's needed, or if it's a duplicate from another provider and she just needs to send them the last test. Before you complain she's not contacting you, please put their phone number in your contact list, as some folks are marking Aspen as spam callers, because they don't know why somewhere called Aspen is calling when they are expecting a call from Apria, Aerocare, or Lincare. I am in no way affiliated with this company, just someone whose had several tests ordered over the last year and a half, know what the process is like, and has had enough tests that I remember the name of who I'm dealing with Thank you Elaine, I really do appreciate your thoroughness!”
“Sean is great at what he does. His customer service is stellar. I live up in the mountains and really need my concertador to sleep, so I can’t just drop it off and come pick it up the next day (or in a few days, since a trip to Denver requires a lot of time). He has been very accommodating with my need for urgency. And considering his capability, the cost is well worth it.”
“Michelle over in the respiratory therapy department is absolutely amazing, she is super accommodating to peoples needs for those with disabilities or without, and she does home visits if you need any kind of help getting your machine set up.I’m so upset that this supplier does not accept both Medicare and Medicaid for the respiratory department. As someone with disabilities I absolutely need your company, I can’t deal with the bigger companies out here they are not helpful and they don’t give one on one assistance. Is there any possibility I can talk with somebody in your upper management because I would love to use your company for my DME needs.”

5500 S Sycamore St STE. 100, Littleton“It took changing therapists 3 times (which is normal) but I was with an incredible therapist here for 2 years & feel I benefited immensely from talking out my problems with her. I only left because I had to move states, otherwise I would've continued treatment here for the foreseeable future. This was my first experience with therapy & I feel lucky to have gone here by chance & had the best outcome I could've hoped for. I cried after my last session knowing I'd have to start over somewhere else with a new therapist. ?”
“We were so pleased with the service of both gentlemen. They were very knowledgeable & answered all our questions. We felt confident in the purchase of the Nova Rollinator.”
