Arturo was amazing throughout the entire process. We needed some time to seriously consider the cost of the CX 50 vs keeping our older Subaru and he was patient and did not pressure us into something we weren’t ready for. Once we committed to purchasing the CX 50, he was very quick to answer all of our questions and made it a very smooth and easy process!

Eric and his manager, Bego, were very fair and transparent on their pricing and options. They worked with us to find the car that was right for our needs & pricing preferences. Highly Recommend working with this Mazda dealership and with Eric.

Went in to ask about a creak noise with my left turn and the service advisor London Holiday asks me questions and continually asked the same questions after I told him the same problem. He asks to test drive the car in the PARKING LOT which is full of left turns he stated... Well my dashcam shows otherwise! He took my car out of the parking lot as a service advisor and drives 16 mph through a dip in the road which makes my camera beep if you hit something too hard in which it does(video proof)then proceeds to comes back to the office saying he heard nothing in the parking lot and recommends a suspension lookover for a $101. He confirms via text he only drove my car and that was ONLY IN THE PARKING LOT before having belt/tensioner replacement service. ROLL THAT BEAN FOOTAGE.... You can clearly see the service number in the dash but this is the diagnosis i get? Definelty not the parking lot! (Video and picture included)

I leased a car here this week and had a great experience. I have bought and leased several cars over the years, and this, by far, was the best (and fastest) experience I’ve had. We worked with Morgan in sales, Jason, the GM, and Ian in finance. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great experience! Bego & Ashley were such a help and worked with me to find the best fit based on my budget & wants in a car. Honestly, I had fun hanging with them and working the deal. They even picked me up the next day since I wasn’t turning my car in! Thanks so much for a great experience and getting me into my first Mazda.
Bonus points for Louis who is new and shadowed - he was so nice.

I bought a 2024 Mazda CX-5 with the help of Steven and Bego this week and had a great experience. They made me feel very well taken care of and got me an great deal on the car (on top of 3 free oil changes). Will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

Charged $101 to simply reset a warning light that was triggered by simply unplugging the emergency brake electric cable in order to fix the cupholder. The emergency brake works fine and there is a service bulletin where only Mazda can reset the light. Our usual mechanic couldn't reset and would have gladly reset for free when changing oil. Please don't use McDonald Mazda or for that matter any dealership for service.

Nick, my service representative, and Thomas, the service manager, took great care of my CX-5. Initially, there was an avoidable misunderstanding with another, unnamed service representative, but the team came together and set everything straight. Considerate and understanding customer care.

I bought a new car from them last year in November and dealt with Morgan. More on him later on in this review. I dropped my key fob and did not realize the back had at some point completely fallen away and was lost. I called into parts there and asked if they could cover replacement, or if they had just the back. They said no so I asked to be put through to Morgan. He was rude and blunt when telling me they do not cover the issue. Here's the deal with Morgan though. Very sweet and tenacious when I was a prospective buyer, but no surprise after the fact completely disowned me and my scenario this time. Too bad for him and this dealership, unbeknownst to Morgan, my daughter was in the market for a car and I suggested without hesitation that she go to Morgan. After this incident, I promptly steered her away from him and this dealership. Small minded and bad business!
I just wanted to circle back and edit my review.
I noticed that this social media person responding to my review and others, suggests calling the GM. Is it not their responsibility to call us?

Wow I am blown away at the service I was greeted with today by the service technician Phoenix. I came in for a key fob repair & Phoenix was able to work his magic to fix my broken fob and saved me $600!!! I am so thankful for him. Not only that, he noticed I had a loose bolt on my car door so he fixed that & offered a free car wash!!! I don't think I ever left a car dealership so happy before! I love Mazda, highly recommend this location!!

Nick Barber was an absolute dream to have as my service representative - I genuinely feel so lucky that my appointment was assigned to him. He was kind, prompt, and notified me of any new developments during my time at the shop (about 6 hours total).
I hurriedly came in at 11AM because I had a Zoom call for work scheduled for 11:15AM - Nick went above and beyond - he brought me to an empty desk near the sales portion of the dealership so I could take my video call. He came to check on me every other hour or so to see if I needed any coffee or water, let me finish my work day there even AFTER the services on my car were completed, and spent about 15 minutes going over services that needed immediate attention vs. things I could hold off on for a few more weeks until I get paid.
I will absolutely be back and I hope that Nick is my rep again! Side note, the rest of the crew at the service desk were so funny and made me feel at home. Outstanding experience at a place that most people would only consider a money sink.

TLDR: Pathetic Buying and Service experience. Toxic culture! Bought as there were few options and inventory shortages at the time.
The car buying experience itself wasn't that smooth as they do this pressure tactic of bringing in their finance guy and keep asking you what would it cost for you to take the vehicle today.
The finance guy then just didn't take no for an answer till we bought a repair plan with them. On top of that they ask you to rate the sales guy 10/10 or else they don't get their commission. What is the point of ratings then when you are being told what to rate!
The Service department has to be the worst of any dealer I have even encountered. This includes Toyota, Honda and Mazda.
At 1000 miles ask that they diagnose my Mazda CX-50's front driver noise along with problems related to the automatic locking sensor. After three visit to the Mcdonald West location where I bought the car, all I got was they can't even hear the noise.
Tried the McDonald Mazda South location where they atleast admitted that this is a known issue with this model and should be able to fix. Didn't look into the auto lock issue as they state it works per the manual.
After 5 days however, they said they fixed the problem and returned the car. When I drove away, just 2 minutes in I could still hear the noise. Their tactic appears to be just toss you around till you give up and stop showing up! Of course the service guy also asked that I rate a 9 or 10.
Hence, AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!! At all costs!
This dealership and repair shop will only disappoint time and again.
I took the same car to another Dealership's service center and the treatment is completely opposite. They are not giving up on solving the noise issue and at least reset the car computer to check if that resolves the auto lock issue. They are actually putting in the effort which is what you expect from a service center for buying a new car.
