The entire staff at McDonald Volvo did an excellent job during my experience buying a used vehicle. My salesperson Samantha was outstanding. She was responsive and efficient and ensured I was satisfied with the deal. The service department was able to turn the vehicle around quickly and management was readily available to assist when needed. I highly recommend McDonald Volvo when shopping for a vehicle.

I already knew what I wanted so when I went in and met with Matt,he had the car ready to test drive. I let him know I was in a bit of a hurry,so Matt and his team were very gracious in quickly helping with paperwork and everything that needs to be done when buying a car. Overall it was a great experience!

I had the best experience at McDonald Mazda West. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the only time I actually enjoyed it! My salesman, James Anley was super. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was about any car. He was able to answer every question I had and more about the vehicle I purchased.

Stephen and the team at VW Littleton have been great to work with over the last 3 services on my Atlas. Great communication on services performed/recall status with honest pricing upfront. Service team sends an informative and honest vehicle inspection. Easy scheduling.
Earlier this year they helped me order glass directly from the distributor when my car was vandalized. Easy to work with and got me the best price they could.
I’d recommend you take your VW here if you have the option compared to other dealerships in the Denver Metro area.

Do not have this place do repairs on your vehicle. They could even rotate my tires. I also just bought a vehicle that was last serviced by them and they did a half a** job on the thermostat/ coolant.

Hands down the best dealer I’ve been to in Colorado. Amazing people to work with who helped me get my new Volvo. They are so personable and take good care of you. Their prices and selection are also unmatched. Rob the GM is also the absolute BEST!! I highly recommend if you’re looking for your next car.

Save yourself the pain, frustration, unreliability and constant delays. After my engine stopped working on Sept 13th, my appointment was set for almost a month later to diagnose it on Oct 8th. To date (Oct. 22nd) they just give me the runaround and still haven't even diagnosed it.

My wife and I have leased/purchased 3 vehicles from Audi Denver and we love it. Tim Green is the best and always takes great care of us. We really appreciate the entire sales experience here, when in the past we had come to dread it other dealerships. Tim is not high pressure at all and is extremely proficient so we are able to get everything done quickly and even completed a lot of initial paperwork online. We have very busy schedules so we really appreciate this. After Tim helps us find the right car, we are typically in and out in a matter of hours when signing for a new car. This is way faster than any other dealership I’ve experienced in the past. The dealership is also really nice and has great coffee. We will definitely be back.

You all banned me because of your wild stories and lack of willingness to solve issues. Specifically Analisa who should of been fired for aiding in the harassment of my mother. Stop sending me advertisements. I've emailed to stop and its clearly continuing. I don't even own the vehicle on this. It was traded into Emich for a new 2024 Atlas. They are much better by the way.

WHAT A JOKE! I would assume McDonald Audi would not be considered a "shady" dealership. I've never purchased a brand new car, only purchased used vehicles but this was by far the worst and most expensive customer service experience of my life. Absolutely NOTHING went smoothly and rather than waste your time on the ridiculous details, let's just say the most driving I have done in the car since purchasing it one month ago, has been driving from the Highlands to the dealership in Littleton during rush hour traffic. I have spoken to about 5 different people who claim "they will take care of it" without even a follow up call.
I have had a low oil light appear two separate times in one month. They don't even include an oil change before purchase! My advice to anyone looking to buy a new or used car - HM BROWN. They will take care of everything without you setting foot in a dealership and you won't pay extra! I wish I had just used them again. My advice to McDonald Automotive, (I realize they aren't asking me)...If you don't want to sell used vehicles, then don't. Anyone can sell a new car.
