The Staff here are the 3 C's Clear concise and consistent! It's also located right off of Santa Fe & C470 right next to that 7/11 gas station , makes it super convenient on situations like when things just happen. They were able to get my boyfriend's car in and And looked at almost right away after his accident, I'm very impressed, trustworthy staff and owner!thanks Ya'll for being so awesome.

Took my vehicle here after an accident and was very impressed. The accident was the other drivers fault so I used someone in their network. I'm so happy I ended up giving classic collision my vehicle to repair. I got it back better than it was before and they kept me informed along the way. It was finished a full week ahead of schedule and it looks great. Jack was awesome to work with and I never had any doubts that I made the right choice to take it there. I hope to never need them again, but if I do I'll be taking my truck to classic collision. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks guys!

HORRIBLE. Turned my car in last Monday. They did not let me know that they would be closing at 2 pm on Wednesday for the rest of the week. My car had 2 major dents in the paint so I had to wait an additional day for it to be done. Horrible and rude customer service as well.

From the minute I called to get an initial estimate for my mother's car, to completion of the repair, Classic Collision was spot on. Todd who we worked with was such a professional and completely guided us through the process. We will recommend Classic Collison for auto repairs.

Well worth the wait. These guys are efficient and communicative. When I picked up my truck there was a tiny rattle I noticed when driving away. I turned around and asked them to check it out. Problem solved in 5 minutes and away I went. I would definitely recommend these guys

The gentlemen who work there were extremely kind, communicative, and efficient. It took a little while to get a part in for my german made car, however it was worth the wait. The vehicle looks brand new and as if nothing ever happened!Service: Body & Trim

It isn't busy for a reason..FedEx and other corporate trucks trust them..must be good. Time in shop is a lil long but the availability of parts for your car is getting better.

I went in for an estimate and even though they were not able to repair my vehicle, the estimate provided me with what I need to take to another shop. At no cost to me, Classic Collision assisted me in my process of getting my vehicle fixed. Kudos to Frank and the team for their assistance!

My father took his truck in to get the tail gate door and back fixed in early February with an estimated 2 week return but that actually turned into a month which we completely understood it’s an estimate but we finally got the call it was ready and when we came to see it various things were still wrong they ended up telling us that it needed more work, already frustrated with the time it took to get it back, things were still not fixed!?? When we got it back the tail gate door wasn’t opening with the remote they argued saying that our tailgate door never worked but it indeed did even with the remote before taking it to classic collision. And they weren’t going to fix it until some other worker persuaded his coworker, after we argued with them they ended up fixing it but in the process they ripped one of the passenger seats and we just decided not to go back to avoid any problems from the workers and staff. The experience was a total headache, my father is Mexican and I really hope the service we got wasn’t because of his ethnicity.:((

I don't understand any negative reviews because this collision repair shop just delivered my car back to me in great shape. Very excited. They were easy to work with. They updated me throughout the process and delivered my car back to me on time. I highly recommend.
