From the moment I entered Classic Collision I was impressed. Ryan & Stacy greeted me immediately and from then on it was amazing. They called and texted with updates almost every day and followed up to make sure I knew what was being done. Not only was my repair done to perfection it was done 10 earlier than promised. This group is fabulous!. Ryan & Stacy made the process seamless! They are the BEST!! I will always refer Classic Colllson.

UPDATE: Two individuals stepped up and expedited the completion as quickly as possible. Communication improved. Increased stars from 1 to 3.
ORIGINAL: Not sure I can agree with the words "timely" and "communicative" with regards to Classic Collision. They've had my vehicle for over a month now. Was told last week it was going in for paint. Found out today that they 'now have the parts' and they estimate *another* 2 weeks??? While I am not an expert, the initial evaluation estimated the *first* 2 weeks. I am blowing through my own money now that insurance isn't paying for the car rental.

Paid out of pocket for minor damage to a new car. I dropped my car off with an employee named “Ryan” and was reassured it would look brand new, and only OEM parts would be used .
Went to pick up today, paid in full, then found this very visible, uneven gap with the door hinges showing. When I pointed the gap out, an employee informed me it would be repaired, their body person went home, but would take care of it first thing in the morning.
I left work, and returned my rental car for this? I was dissatisfied to say the least, but at least they would complete the repair.
THEN I received a phone call saying the estimate only covered my front bumper damage and the cost to fix the door gap IS SEPARATE AND COULD BE PRICEY.
Now listen, when I dropped it off, Ryan said they would call if new damage, or additional repairs were needed so we could discuss cost and approve additional repairs that were not visible to the eye (they mentioned expensive fender brackets and sensor calibration as examples of additional costs). They never called at any time to say there is a door gap that isn’t covered, and by the way… that was VISIBLE when it was dropped off, why didn’t you include it in the original estimate?
Now, they want to charge more and blame me for not reviewing the estimate in detail? If it was your car, you’d expect the visible damaged areas to be repaired, right? You wouldn’t think a shop would give it back 95% repaired, right?
They are supposed to call me tomorrow morning with a new estimate after someone looks at the car. They have treated me DISHONESTLY, classic bait and switch which has really inconvenienced me. YOU would be wise to avoid this place.
I’ll update tomorrow once I hear from them (10/04/2024) . I hope you are not as dishonest as you are leading me to believe you are.
UPDATE:
Just received an estimate of over 3k to fix the door gap. DO NOT GO HERE, dishonest people.

Classic Collision handled the repairs of my Nissan Armada after it was stolen and recovered. Her name is Jenny the Armada and girl went thru some things when she was stolen. I can honestly say that Jenny looks better now than on the day that I bought her brand new. The process was organized, timely, and seamless. CC and the insurance company handled everything perfectly. I will use this shop again and you should too!

Can’t say enough good things about Classic Collision! We had a unique situation with our car that instead of a full bumper replacement, required a few clips and the bumper to be reattached without requiring a new bumper and insurance deductible. They popped the bumper back in place with new clips, cleaned the tire marks off the affected front bumper and returned our deductible! Thanks to Chuck and Erin and the excellent and honest service we received,

The folks at CLassic collision were very friendly, helpful, and my Vehicle was completed very quickly...which I have found to be unheard of when having bodywork done. I highly reccomend them.

The Staff here are the 3 C's Clear concise and consistent! It's also located right off of Santa Fe & C470 right next to that 7/11 gas station , makes it super convenient on situations like when things just happen. They were able to get my boyfriend's car in and And looked at almost right away after his accident, I'm very impressed, trustworthy staff and owner!thanks Ya'll for being so awesome.

Took my vehicle here after an accident and was very impressed. The accident was the other drivers fault so I used someone in their network. I'm so happy I ended up giving classic collision my vehicle to repair. I got it back better than it was before and they kept me informed along the way. It was finished a full week ahead of schedule and it looks great. Jack was awesome to work with and I never had any doubts that I made the right choice to take it there. I hope to never need them again, but if I do I'll be taking my truck to classic collision. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks guys!

HORRIBLE. Turned my car in last Monday. They did not let me know that they would be closing at 2 pm on Wednesday for the rest of the week. My car had 2 major dents in the paint so I had to wait an additional day for it to be done. Horrible and rude customer service as well.

From the minute I called to get an initial estimate for my mother's car, to completion of the repair, Classic Collision was spot on. Todd who we worked with was such a professional and completely guided us through the process. We will recommend Classic Collison for auto repairs.
