Had the Seg-12 transferred to the shop went well and certified no problems, brought in my Tac-14 to be threaded and decided to have them cerakote it as well, they knocked it out of the park and came in under quoted time so I have no complaints and will be happy to bring them more business

I'm so disappointed. I used LT Arms for a firearms transfer a month or two back and it went flawless. It shipped, we communicated, and it arrived. They called me like 5 minutes later, and 10 minutes later I was there. 10 more minutes later I was out the door.This time I figured I would do another transfer. Messaged them on Tuesday that it was coming on Friday. Gave them the tracking and asked to be contacted. At about 2:30pm I wanted to check the status of the shipment and saw it was delivered at 10:00am. I messaged them at 2:51pm and no answer. Called, no answer. Called again right before 4:00pm and the guy answered. I asked if the shotgun had arrived and if I could get it and he said that it was too late and they wouldn't get my background in time for closing.Seriously, why not contact me earlier? Last time this went flawless. This time has me thinking I'm probably going to need to look elsewhere. I get it, not much money in transfers. I was going to buy another firearm through these guys because of the transfer from last time. This transfer now was a dealer who doesn't have a shop and is just getting going who had a very specific item in stock. Otherwise I would have ordered this through LT Arms.I'm incredibly disappointed that the firearm is now going to sit in storage until Monday when I had planned to use it this weekend.Word of advice... gun stores are a dime a dozen. There's like 5 within a 10 mile radius of here. How you treat your customers no matter how small a "purchase" is what brings them back. I remember seeing stacks of ammo on their floor and wanted to go back and get some. But this is how you lose business.

Kyle and crew were awesome! Thought my product was going to take4 to 6 months to get in and somehow they got it done in just over a month. The entire process was very seamless and they delivered nothing but phenomenal customer service. I would certainly recommend working with LT Arms.

kyle and Marco are great guys. just your nice local gun shop with a great selection, good prices, and good people. entrance can be hard to find. just go to the northwest side of the building and you will see their sticker on their door.
