In the past 6 or 7 years, Lou Toth agency and Allstate have been great to work with. Since my last claim with Allstate, I have not been able to get ahold of the agency and Allstate has not been helpful on the claim at all. That is why I am switching insurance to someone with better customer service even though the premiums are about 10% higher.

Lou Toth has handled my insurance needs for 20+ years. Service is always top notch, and the man is a straight shooter. He works hard to get the best rates.

Allstate offered the best rates for my home and car insurance, and Lou was always helpful and available when I needed him. I have since moved back to California after selling my house in Denver, and Lou made the transition easy and even recommended a great new agent for me out in Cali. Allstate has the best customer service and rates! Thank you!

Worst ever. Cannot, I mean cannot answer the phone or return a call or message. Took all my insurance elsewhere. That means 3 houses and 5 autos. Saved about 20%. Can you give minus stars?

STAT AWAY!! They don't care about you! Well over a dozen years & they have answered the phone or returned my calls 3 times. I've called twice & left a message twice in the past week to no avail. My wife & I have moved & have a new agent who is excellent, but my daughter still has Allstate, through Lou Toth, on her Kia. I have had to make a payment for May even though my daughter was paid through May, & you would think it would be a 2 minute to resolve this issue. If you pull up the Lou Toth agency run away as fast as you can.

When I call or e-mail, I always get a quick response back. Irina at Lou Toth's office has been wonderful to work with and always takes the time to explain what is going on and why some information is needed. You can tell she has a smile on her face when dealing with her because sh always makes you feel comfortable and never makes you feel like you are asking a dumb question. I would recommend All State and Lou Toth team.

At first, I thought these guys were awesome. I was getting a really good deal and they were very helpful. They set me up with my insurance and it was great. When I bought my new car the end of last year, I added it to my plan. I had some trouble getting ahold of an agent to help me. No big deal, got it done, everything was good. A couple months ago I was looking at my coverage and my payments and trying to understand why it seemed I was paying more for less coverage. I sent a total of I think 4 emails to the agency to try and help me figure it out. I have still never heard back from them. This month my bill is DOUBLE my usual and I can't find any information on why that would be. Beyond irritated with what seems to be a lack of customer care.
However, Allstate offers me the best deal of any other insurance. So I will give them 2 stars.

Lou has been our agent for years. His customer service is terrific! He is personable and professional and ALWAYS has my answers!

Well if you need help with an accident or like to hear from your agent this is not the place for you. I’m still waiting for my phone call back from Lou and it’s been 3 months. Allstate is fine until you need their help and they aren’t there for you. Claire was great and so was Michelle from the total loss department but as for Lou I’m very disappointed in his customer service. The only time I needed help and he was never there. Thanks for making it easy to switch.

Very unresponsive and poor customer service. Let me pay then tried to raise my quote without additional paperwork. After I provided paperwork I never got a response or and update on my actual premium. If insurance isn't already difficult enough they will take it there.
