Hello there, My husband and I visited the Loaf n jug in Estes Park, Colorado. The gentleman behind the counter, Michael, was friendly and very kind. I realized hours and miles later that I had accidentally left my prescription glasses on the counter in the case. Being 50 miles from the location, I was just hoping to verify that I had left them there. When I called, not only did Michael verify they were there, he told me that he was planning on driving to the town I live in that evening. He was kind enough to go out of his way to bring my glasses to me. This was above and beyond any expectations I had and appreciate his actions more than I can say. I just wanted someone to know about his kindness and selflessness.

Just had a great experience at the loafin jug on college street in Fort Collins. The person working was really nice and let me know about a special going on today. I accidentally included a casa bonita coin when trying to pay for my ice and he ran it back out to my car in case it was sentimental.

Visited the location at 900 1st Ave N Great Falls, MT 59401 and I have never felt so mistreated in my entire life. I was accused of theft for grabbing the wrong size bag of ice after paying for it and when I offered to pay the difference I was told my business was not wanted.

Your new location at TED'S PLACE is not even worth stopping at... a 72 year old man like myself shouldn't have to pull out his wallet and present a license to be scanned to show proof he is old enough to buy cigarettes also they never have hot dogs or fresh toppings and should you buy a cheese dog or some other meat like thing from the griller all the buns are stale... with no fresh toppings one is forced to use the packaged condiments and then good luck finding a place to t

I bought a gallon of milk at their E470 and Parker Rd location tonight. When I got home, milk was spilled all over my car. I inspected and found a small hole on the handle where it was spilling out of. I called the store and Michelle answered. She cussed me out, called me a liar, and refused to do anything because I “didn’t ask for a bag”. I’m not sure if it is the company or just Michelle who does not stand behind their product OR customers, but either way something needs changed.

they do not require mask in Wellington Colorado! the law says they have to and they are breaking the law! even one of the employees was not wearing a mask. they don't care about your health and safety

While we understand Covid 19 is very real it is no ones business why my child doesn’t have a mask. A child with a disability is NOT required to wear a mask, nor is said child required to show ANY MEDICAL Documentation for her medical. This must have been the most stressing thing my daughter who is Autistic has had to deal with. While many understood, your staff at your Fountain, CO did not and questioned her and wanted her to SHOW MEDICAL Proof. As her mother me explaining, should have been enough. But when that wasn't enough, she wanted her to leave. Your staff just broke multiple Medical Privacy Laws.

It is 100% a violation of my rights to ask me in the middle of a full store what my medical condition is that prevents me from wearing a mask. It violates HIPAA and ADA. Disgraceful. I was shamed, attacked, amd then had to leave without water for my kids while traveling. Disgraceful and Disappointing.
