I have the monthly membership and it's worth it. I go 4-8 times a month and have had a good experience. There was a small window of time when the water smelled. They corrected it quickly

I went to Cobblestone on Friday, June 7th to wash my truck, and when I went through the machine, it scratched the roof. I immediately approached the attendant, who reassured me and said they would file a report, that they had cameras, and that they would give me a response in 48 hours (the scratch on my car is the exact mark of the machine, I leave the photos here for you to see).
Surprise, in 48 hours nobody called or did anything. I went back at least once a week, and it was always excuses: the manager wasn't there, there was no response. On my 5th visit, they gave me the email of the manager, Chris. I sent an email, and this time the response was quicker, but to my surprise, after waiting like an idiot for more than a month and a half, Chris's response was that they are not responsible for any damage, even if it's very clear that their machine caused it.
So, my friend, I recommend not going to Cobblestone.
If anyone here knows where I can file a complaint, I would appreciate it because I will investigate until these people pay for the damage and for the wasted time.

Oh my gosh this is the best carwash!!! The employees are the best! This carwash gets the car sparkling clean, and the vacuums have great suction.

If I could give zero star, I would. The car wash didn't clean my car. In stead it damaged my car. It took the trim right off my car. Not fixable. They said they are not responsible and there's nothing they could or will do for it. I will not be going back.

Love the free vacuums and towels to wipe down your car. Locations all over so you always have a clean car. Having a monthly membership is the best!

Beware, cobblestone makes it very easy to create a subscription and very difficult to cancel it. The folks at the location direct you to an online form on the website. Three months in a row I've submitted this form to cancel and none have worked. Calling on the phone has been no help.
Instead, I've submitted a complaint with the colorado consumer protection bureau and notified my credit card company of fraudulent charges.

The wash facility itself and quality of the wash is fine. Cancellation is near to impossible. They go out of their way to make cancellation as difficult as humanly possible. You cannot process a cancellation online, your only option is to phone or submit an online form with your information. I have submitted this form multiple times to attempt a cancellation with zero no success, never even receiving an email that cancellation was attempted at all.
My only option is to dispute the charges with my bank and have them decline the charges. I've also submitted a complaint to the Colorado Consumer Protection Agency due to the predatory behavior involved.

I only get basic washes but car wash always does a great job. The towels and vacuums are an excellent amenity making me come back to this location every time.
One minor gripe, the attendants come out to help customers use the automated payment machines. I tell them "I got it" and they just stand there or try to press the buttons for me. I think I can handle pressing two buttons and tapping my credit card. I understand that some people may have trouble, but maybe just ask if I need help and leave me alone otherwise.

Sat in line for 10 min at the machine because the windows on the machine are burnt and you can't read them.. employee was just standing next to the car in the next lane chatting the whole time

* I would give a 5 star review except for the fact that the back of my SUV never gets clean. It always still has dirt when I leave. Also this time my front window didn't get clean. When I come as often as I do and pay the prices we pay I'd like my whole car to be bug and dirt free.
