For anyone looking for reformer pilates info + pricing!! $380 for 20 classes + your monthly membership. I did not expect the YMCA to be more expensive than chain studios or the local ones. Holy sh*t!!! To do Pilates here it's just as expensive as going to lifetime fitness!!

Front Desk Kelly is disrespectful, rude, and very aggressive. After you sign up for a 6 months membership they act careless and do not provide you with the necessary information to understand their services. The Director AJ was insensitive to my child’s disability and they allow other small children use their equipment in the gym area but not my child because he has a disability. I’m reporting this to the CEO that oversees all YMCA facilities

I have been a member there for close to 30 years and love it. Strengths include the reception staff, who are always welcoming and helpful, the personal trainers and pilates teachers (Anne and Julie especially), the weight room equipment, the basketball players and the overall friendly environment. I travel a lot and in the last 2 years I have worked out at Ys in Tulsa, Springfield Mo,, Fargo, Mpls, Las Vegas and Green Bay. The Littleton facility is the best of all, Tom Smith

This facility is a go to of mine. I am so appreciative of the gracious staff, most importantly Kelly. I had an issue with my membership not too long ago, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in the best way possible. I love how kind and communicative she was!! She really made me feel at home.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at the Littleton YMCA. The staff member, Kelly, who is 47 and can't lose her job, continuously expressed these facts with anger and total disrespect, throughout my entire interaction while raising her voice and just being flat out rude and unprofessional. She explained that we were unable to use the facility at the time we arrived. I completely understand if there are policies in place to protect guests and members. No problem. But, she refused to offer any assistance with refunding funds paid for a day pass. She offered no solutions, but rather complained, mocked, and refused to help. She was disinterested and unhelpful, while she talked on her personal cell phone while refusing to assist. Overall, the service was far below what I expected from a reputable organization like the YMCA. This is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of respectful and courteous customer service. I hope you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Update- I have never received a refund, nor was I contacted by the business to try to resolve the issue.

What a nice, clean, friendly, and well equipped YMCA! I’ve been an out of town guest this month and really enjoy working out there. They’ve made me feel at home. I’ve done strength workouts in various rooms. Weights and space are always available. Indoor cycling classes and pickleball are well attended too.

Be careful sending your kids to a summer camp at YMCA. They tend to hire mean girls who don't know how to watch the kids. I was just at park across from pirates cove with my child and there were a bunch of YMCA kids being extremely dangerous, on the play ground and when I said something to the counselors, they brushed it off and then when I said something to the kids, they asked me to stop talking to their kids. Maybe they should hire people who know how to watch kids and not be a bunch of mean girls ):

Don't get ripped off! When I decided to finally cancel, based on their overpriced costs, dirty facilities and limited, low quality, workout equipment, it took me 4 months, countless phone calls, and 140 dollars of extra billing. If you give these people your card information they will bill you until eternity. Since their customer service is totally unresponsive, there's not much you can do.

The front desk lady (Kelly) is extremely rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. She even went as far as to calling me names in the lobby. The situation was extremely small and blown way out of proportion on her end.My family and I attended the YMCA basketball tournament and I decided to go across the street to get my family and I some Starbucks. When I arrived with 7 drinks Kelly told me that they didn’t allow drinks in the gym area. I found this weird because so many people in the bleachers had beverages including starbucks, open soda cans, and some even had food. However I didn’t say anything and obeyed the gyms “policy”. I told my family that if they wanted their drinks (some even being waters) that they would have to leave the game and drink them in the lobby. My sister on the other hand is a rebel and figured since other people in the bleachers had their drinks, that she could get away with bringing it into the gym and continue to watch the game.Kelly came to find me (in the lobby enjoying my coffee with the rest of my family) to tell me to go get my sister out of the gym with her drink. I told Kelly that it was just water, but she said that it didn’t matter. Again, I respected her wishes and went to go get my sister. As I’m watching my sister make her way to the lobby with her drink I couldn’t help but laugh at my sisters walk of shame. My sister and I laughed it off, and didn’t think much of the situation. Kelly comes over to my sister and I and tells me “you are extremely tacky”… however I heard “you are extremely attacking”.I was so confused and said “I’m not attacking anyone…?” Kelly then says “No, TACKY, not attacking! Do you know what TACKY means? I said TACKY” and then she walked away.I was shocked to say the least and from a distance I told her that she is acting completely unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate her name calling. She continued to be immature and call me “tacky” (whatever that means), so I walked away and removed myself from the lobby. After the game was over, I politely went to go ask for the supervisors information (unfortunately she is the only secretary working that day or I would have asked someone else). She told me that she already reported the incident and I don’t need to worry about it. I told her that I still need the information. She didn’t have a number to give me but she offered a email. She started to give me the email…”B!” (long pause, as if I’m slow)“Merry, like the Christmas holiday if you know that holiday”At this point I feel myself starting to tear up, as I’m so upset and her contradicting behavior has cut me to the core.I’m astounded that not only does she think this is an appropriate way to treat someone while on the job, but someone so heartless and nasty is working in youth center. Plus, if this is how she acts in small situations like this one, I can only imagine the extent of her behavior. At the end of the day I hope she doesn’t continue to treat people else like this (especially the amazing kids that attend this location). I highly suggest the YMCA set boundaries on how their staff is treating others while trying to enforce their policies.******Since this review, Billy Merryman reached out to me and was the nices/most professional man I've spoken too. He heard the situation and found a solution to the problem right away. I definitely love this ymca, and even if theres issues (here and there) they are quick to solve the problem!

This location would be amazing if staff would let you know if a class was canceled. Even with a week notice! The management does not respect me or my time. If it wasn’t for the amazing coach Kath, I’d never come back.

I reached out to try to do community service here and to be honest it’s like pulling teeth to even try. Shouldn’t be this difficult to get a response even after many follow ups and passing their background check. I understand that my community service is mandated from another county but I live in Arapahoe county and provided all documents to get this completed here and still no response. Just sad and disappointing!
