Karina was very willing to take care of fixing a pad on my glasses that needed repaired. She had just opened the store and most willing to take care of me. I'm very thankful for Lens Crafters!!!!!

Had an emergency eyeglasses need, didn’t expect to be accommodated and was very understanding of that but they came through and Mark was exceedingly kind and friendly in his customer service. He listened to me and went out of his way to check and make sure my needs were met.
