Mathew Berger was incredible to work with. He communicated everything for me to understand and went over pricing points and key issues with my vehicle. He also worked closely with my warranty company to provide outstanding customer service.

Always a great experience working with Jesika Galbraith as my service advisor. She makes sure to treat you like you are the most important client in her book and she always has a friendly, can-do attitude and demeanor.
Also, I appreciate the frequent text message updates on the status of my vehicle and in particular, the video walk-through by the service technician showing what they did. I never feel like Land Rover Denver is looking for things to charge me for like most other service centers do. I’ll definitely buy my next Land Rover here.

Kind staff. However slow service and the service not being done properly is unacceptable. I pays 1100 for spark plugs and a 360$ diagnosis and yet they didn't change the ignition coil or notice that was the actual problem. What a rip off.

Very thoughtful service. The parts that needed to be painted were prepared before I arrived. Matthew noted that my repair was likely a quick one and offered me the option of waiting - a loaner was ready for me as well. The repair was quick and well done and I was on my way in short order - perfect experience.

My experience was nothing short of misleading, negative and hurtful. They lost my business over a $140 credit card processing fee. Discerning land rover buyer beware.
They led me on to believe we had a deal, then they refused to sell me the vehicle. If you're disabled like me, or looking for honest customer service, or just don't like lying salesy stories avoid this place.
I called ahead, the Land Rover Discovery Sport I was interested in was still available. I drove a few earlier and didn't like any. It was. We drove to the dealership. Then drove the car. The car was 100% GREAT and sold itself on the test drive. I felt safe, and I fell in love with it. I was ready to buy.
I explained upfront to the sales associate my interest in purchasing the vehicle and the terms under which I felt comfortable to do so. The car was priced right under $20,000. I asked to be under or around $20,000 out the door, a ceramic tint on the windshield and moon roof, for a second key to the car and the emblem in the center of the steering wheel to be replaced as it was dented.
The sales guy explained they are a one price dealer. I said ok, I will pay your asking, however, I want the other items mentioned addressed. He went inside & appeared fifteen minutes later held a second key which was missing the lid over the actual metal key inside the fob.
He said the dealership wont agree to do the tint or fix the emblem. So I asked to see his manager. The manager came out 5 min later and looked at the dented emblem in the steering wheel. I proposed a $500 limit to fixing the emblem, a second key and I'll buy the car for asking price AND I'll even give them the business of buying a service warranty through them.
The manager shook my hand and disappeared. I explained I want to finance $20K even and the rest will be a down payment. After fifteen minutes he re-appeared and asked how I'd pay the downpayment. I said a credit card. He said ok and left.
Soon he re-appeared and said we won't accept your credit card. I said why not? He said the banks don't take cards. I'm not an idiot. You're a business. You take cards. Lenders don't.
I bought another Land Rover last month at Subaru of Denver and put $5,000 down with my Chase card. 2 yrs earlier, I bought my Ford F150 with a $5,000 down payment again on the same credit card at Groove Auto down the street.
I insisted he go inside and confirm they're declining my business because they don't want to pay the fee. At this point I said I have a vehicle specific pre-qualification letter from Westerra Credit Union which i got after my test drive and falling in love with the vehicle. Another one of my vehicles is financed with that bank, the truck I put $5000 down on at groove actually, as well and I have a perfect payment history.
He re-appeared and confirmed that my business was not worth the $140 credit card fee to Land Rover of Denver. Even though I’m prequlified, have excellent credit.
The sad part of all this is I didn't need the car, but given my recent health diagnosis and life crisis felt it was a great step forward for me mentally and health wise. I left hurt, offended and discriminated against because I explained to the manager and sales associate when we agreed to move forward that I was very excited and even thanked them for the vehicle and chance to buy it as it was a win for me personally.
I explained to both men that 4 months ago, I was diagnosed with a rare disease and have major spinal surgery next Friday. Driving something smaller like the car they had was perfect. I explained I was so grateful for it because it improved my health mentally and physically.
They knew what this vehicle meant to me and despite our agreement and other concessions they refused my business because I wanted to

Aleksandr provided exceptional assistance throughout the buying process. From helping us with the test drives of various Evoque models, to answering all our questions about features and pricing, he went above and beyond to help with the insurance. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, we ultimately chose the 2024 Range Rover Evoque. Aleksandr is truly a gem!

All liars, don't trust this dealership.what so ever!!! Had a deposit on a car for 2 years, found out they sold our car to some oil tycoon & proceeded to laugh about it. I will now be telling everyone I can how we got disrespected & taken advantage of. Just another dishonest establishment.they deserve zero stars. I will also try & report to land rover & who ever I can. FYI, the gm Steve is a liar & also Alex.

If you do not live in state do not purchase. I requested keys be made in June 11th, I planned a trip down to take care of that and a cylinder issue. Land Rover did not order the keys. Super disappointing as this is a 12 hour drive.
