Very kind staff! I had forgotten a document at home and they gave me a grace period to run and get it. Procedure was quick and painless. Thank you to the very sweet ladies at the front desk!

4 times I've had a scheduled appointment and 4 times something has happened. Once they were closed for lunch. Twice I waited for over a hour and half and had to leave and finally today I didn't even bother with at least 25 people waiting outside and a long line to even check in. I will pay to have my blood work done.

My kids and I came as a walk in to get blood drawn. We checked in at 3:30. At 4:45 I finally got frustrated and went to see if I had missed something. I saw on the door that the lab closed at 4:30. Did they just leave and walk right past us??

The joy of corporate medicine :(, be prepared to self check in standing up and filling out many screens which ask a lot of information while 2 front desk staff sit there doing nothing. I was dropping off for a drsabled person for the first time and did not have an ID or her insurance info but I did have a doctor's order with all her info on it (not sufficient I guess). Who comes up with these people ideas for self check in while there are two staff sitting there !? I pray I don't have to return here

Waiting over 30 minutes… there are only two techs on-site (announced loudly from the front desk) & still have not been called. Terrible terrible service, from checking in to leaving. LabCorp, when will you make changes to your pathetic process? If I weren’t sick, I would of sought another provider
LabCorp hoping your competitors run you out of Colorado.

It is true that this location is extremely busy, but I think they do an amazing job with the number of folks they have to deal with. I arrived at the parking lot at 7:06 am on a Monday morning, was the first to arrive so I sat in the hall with eventually eight other friendly folks. One worker showed up by 7:10 and opened the door promptly at 7:30 am. I signed in and my blood was drawn by Diamond who was so smooth, I didn't feel a thing. I was back in my car to head home by 7:40 am. My advice is to show up early!

I was nervous to go here after reading reviews, but it was the most convenient location so I took the risk. I was pleasantly surprised--I walked in at 1:10 for my 1:15 appt and there were 2 people waiting ahead of me. I had checked in via my phone but also let the receptionist know I was there for my pregnancy glucose test which meant my blood needed to be drawn exactly at 1:20. She printed off some paperwork for me and did a few other things, and also sent one of the waiting people back to a room, then sent me to a room at 1:15. After she did so, I heard her apologize to the other waiting person and explain that she needed to get me in--to which the person graciously replied "that's okay, I'm glad you took care of her!" (I heard that person get sent to their own room several minutes later.)
At 1:17 I heard the phelobotomist go to the room next to me and I was worried my draw might end up being late, but he was very quick there and came into my room right about 1:20.
I warned him that I can be a hard stick, and he said "oh, not today" in a very reassuring way. True to his word, he was quick and pain was a 1/10, with 0 bruising and no pain after I removed the gauze 2 hrs later, whereas getting my blood drawn in the dr's office (which I did just 3 months ago) tends to result in a blown vein, sometimes more than 1 stick, pain at a 4/10, and bruising and soreness for days afterward.
I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely go back the next time I need bloodwork.

Check in staff are extremely rude. Waited at the desk after confirmed check in by text for 5 minutes while I could hear them in the back swearing and socializing. Told me to sit down assuming I wasn't checked in properly. Very unprofessional. Waiting for the draw now while I hear the staff gossiping.

Literally Labcorp is always terrible but this one is the worst by far. I just waited over 90 minutes for the woman at the front desk to lie to my face then inform me that my labs had not been called into them. I had been waiting within 10 feet of the front desk the entire time AND had the phone notification option selected and at no point did she say my name or did I receive a text about being next meanwhile the 4 people that came in after me all came and went. My doctors office confirmed they sent in the lab request to Labcorp and even received a confirmation from them but assured me I can go to Quest Diagnostic instead which took less than 5 minutes and I was never lied to. Would not recommend this office to anyone I wasn't actively looking to bother.

Arrived on time for an appointment today and waited over an hour to actually be seen. (This isn’t the main concern as they were very busy and clearly short staffed) the concerns are HIPAA and OSHA compliance. They were verifying information so loudly for patients, I now know patients that were turned away for not being hydrated, ordering physicians, the labs being drawn, etc. It isn’t their fault the lobby is so small, but there has to be a better process. Additionally, I sit down to wait for the technician and see this on the floor. YIKES and a MAJOR OSHA and blood borne pathogen concern. I will try to get my lab work at my order provider from now on.

Was sent here from my OB’s office to do a 3 hour glucose test because their lab tech was out for the day. I tried to check in with the lady at the front desk instead of using the kiosk because I could see there were a lot of people waiting, and the glucose test is a long test requiring a fasting blood draw, drinking a glucose drink, and then timed blood draws at each hour for three hours, so I assumed there was a different process for that test.
The front desk lady was very rude and told me I would still have to check in at the kiosk and wait in the queue before she would get to me to start the process. I had been fasting by this point for around 13 hours due to having to leave my doctors office and drive to Labcorp, etc. and the Labcorp website specifies fasting for no more than 14 hours for this test. Given the number of people waiting already I didn’t bother even checking in and left. (Not only that, but I am very pregnant, and the waiting room was tiny, hot and there was not a single open chair for me to sit in; in fact, there were many people waiting in the hallway.)
It is absurd to me that Labcorp wouldn’t have a better process for starting a 3 hr glucose test for a pregnant woman than to just have her wait in a queue (possibly standing the whole time) behind a bunch of others before even starting the, again, very long and specifically timed test. I will just return to my doctor’s office on a different day to do the test there and will never return to this Labcorp for any reason.

I had an appt scheduled at 3:30, virtually signed in at 3:32 and was notified that I’d get a text when they were ready. I never got the text to come in, and THE DOOR WAS LOCKED when I tried to go in after waiting 20 min in my car. I even knocked on the door, but no one came out so I left without being seen. This is the second time I’ve come here and the door was locked. Someone who worked in the building said they frequently lock the doors during business hours and refuse to see patients. Crazy.

Had to make an appointment months in advance to get a morning time slot, it’s crucial that my blood is drawn very soon after waking up to get accurate measurements. I get here and the line is out the door and the receptionist is yelling loudly at everyone to sign in using a sheet of paper and being rude to everyone. She kept telling each person “yeah it’s gonna be a while”. Probably the most rude reception I’ve seen ever and annoyed that I won’t be getting my blood drawn early in the morning since I have to wait so long because they don’t have their act together. Also not sure why people who are walk ins are getting in before me who has had an appointment forever. Ridiculous.
