I do not have any idea if the other Lab Corp's are anything like this location on Balsam Way, but if they are, you won't be in business much longer. Monday 12 February 2024: Arrived at 1:25 PM and every seat was full. Signed in and went to wait in another room down the hall. Was texted for what I thought was my blood draw ... nope, no orders. I had a standing order from January for CBC, etc. Front desk said no ... did you throw it away? I haven't a clue what happens at this location, but something is terribly wrong. Called my doctor for a fax to be sent.... sent! Nope, not received. Called again and stood by fax .. heard it arrive. One hour had gone by. Front desk said, and by the way, she was the only one drawing blood and checking everyone in, I would be next! And another woman had an appointment for 1:15; it was now 2:15 plus. Everyone that arrived AFTER me had come and gone. At 3:15 they closed and locked the door ... still every seat was FULL. There were 2 standing orders for me. Guess what? ONLY ONE WAS EXECUTED and the time was now 3:30!!! So much for being next! I am now through with Lab Corp and will go to the lab at Highland's Ranch Hospital. I'm sure it will not look and feel like a hole in the wall .. it is quite unappealing ... Lab Corp is unreliable, untrustworthy and irresponsible. Thanks for the Platform!

Suck. Is zero an option. Appointment set online and confirmed. No one there and no sign on door (locked) and 10 people waiting outside. Was it an employee revolt? Or do we need a new manager here. Thanks for wasting my time and nothing.

Had a appointment booked 2 weeks out, received an email the day before cancelling and stating office was now closed through the new year. Next appointment at any location is 10 days out or more.

Made an appointment and got a confirmation. Showed up for that appointment and the office was closed.

made an appointment online. showed up for my appointment, and the door was locked with multiple other people with appointments stuck standing in the hallway. There were no signs anywhere saying they were closed for any reason. we were there during open business hours according to the website, and it was not their posted lunch hour. we all had appointments that the online service allowed us to make. we should not have been allowed to make appointments in the first place if this location is closed. Or, we should have been notified if they had to close for an emergency. this was such a massive waste of time. Now I have to make a whole new appointment at a new location and wait longer for my necessary labwork to get done, and I am already on a timeframe.

Location says it's open on Google, and we arrived in the posted hours that it was supposed to be open but the door was locked

Using their appointment scheduling system, I've arrived on time for my appointment twice only to find the doors locked. Twice! This is unacceptable service. No sign. No explanation.

This facility was horribly understaffed. I arrived 15 minutes before my on-line-scheduled appointment. It didn’t matter. I wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after my appointment. The waiting room (capacity 10) was full, with overflow (6 more) into the hall.So I was there for 45 minutes, waiting to pee into a cup. Yeah, a really difficult and time consuming procedure, I know. And frosting on the cake: They sent me a post-visit satisfaction survey to fill out. It crashed.

Made an appointment for noon using the Labcorp website after my doc referred me. Checked in on my phone using the email they send me after stopping at the nearby Starbucks. Sat and read in my truck, headed up to the little office after getting a text in about a half hour. Good thing, too -- only about eight chairs in a waiting room the size of my home office, with no overflow seating in the hallway where some folks were just leaning and playing on their phones. I was in a chair by 12:15 and out sans some blood by 12:20. Quick, painless, efficient. Will be going to the Broadway location next time because this one's temporarily closed at time of writing this: Dec. 10 2023.

The automated phone service sucks. I kept inputting the prop it's advised me to and it just kept going back to the same prop. You can't talk to anyone to get some simple information. I've talked to several people and they are leaving and going elsewhere. I advised to do the same.

I’ve been to several locations over the past six months and was so impressed with Britney (the only person there the Friday after Thanksgiving). She checked in and completed lab work for a waiting room full of patients who were lined up when the office opened at 7:30, and had us all out the door in 20 minutes. (She also happened to have created the charming holiday decorations for the office.) Five stars for Britney, who demonstrated how productive and painless Labcorp locations can be when competent, engaged staff members are in charge.

I was directed to a Labcorp location for information that I could not get over the phone. I was greeted by a very unprofessional rude receptionist named Cathy, who refused to help me. Luckily, a lab tech overheard Cathy’s mistreatment of me and came from the back to get me the testing kits I needed. As I was waiting for the wonderful tech to fill my request, I witnessed another customer be treated just like me. And again, this was overheard by another lab tech who intervened to assist.Cathy is a horrible representative of Labcorp, my experience was horrible.Management should remove this woman from any front desk position. I will never come to this location again.

Honestly it seemed like a great experience. At the time on Friday they were SUPER busy in afternoon. But all went smoothly. It wasn't until day later (last pic, if they uploaded reverse) then each pic shows day 2 and day 3 of clearly a blown out vein. Now that I think of there was no hand washing nor gloves worn. Hope it heals soon with no complications. I feel for them they are trying but clearly making mistakes. I've had 6 decades of being picked and never had a vein blown so badly. Nobody seems to know how to do bloodwork painlessly and without issues anymore. This was my 4th try with the health care world. Have to say the results of this blood draw were available the next day and were top notch as they finally proved I have diabetes vs my old lab which after 5 years said I wasn't. I won't say who but they have chains everywhere.

When your posted hours state that you open at 7:30am, and your door is still locked at 7:45am, multiple people are failing to do their job. This company did heroic work during Covid but in recent months they are spiraling downwards. Come on Labcorp, don't waste our time. Hire the people you need and manage your facilities responsibly.

I went in as a walk in on Friday AM and got there 10 min after they opened at 7:30 and was fully expecting it to be empty… that was not the case. Already there was about a dozen or so people checked in and waiting- I thought I was going to be here for a minimum of an hour but was pleasantly surprised to be leaving less than 20 min later! There’s two kiosks for people to check in for either appt or as walk ins (all you need is your lab work, drivers license and insurance card). Brittany and Kathy were working and these two were like a well oiled machine- they got people in and out and made the whole process painless. I see a lot of previous reviews saying that the staff was rude but both Brittany and Kathy were nothing but pleasant, efficient, and professional. I can’t recommend this team/location enough!
