the worst, 1 star is too generous but review system doesn't allow negative stars.....office smells not clean, clutter everywhere, staff running around looking stressed and disorganized. Lab with the specimens doesn't have a door, server/communications closet door open/unattended to the hallway that patients walk through. I could see a patients information display on an unattended computer monitor from the hallway. I set an appointment for 1pm and checked in 10 minutes early. Walk-ins were allowed before me so I ended up waiting for 40 minutes. I asked the front desk person if I should reschedule my appointment, she told me that I should expect to wait much like a doctors office. First my doctors office is much better at sticking to their schedule so I haven't waited more than 5 minutes, second this tells me that they are used to long wait times and they expect me to accept their inability to manage their schedule and lack of staffing. Then when I told the tech that I am a hard stick and a butterfly needle is more successful than straight needles. She also told me there is a nation-wide shortage of butterfly needles, which is not true because I have had other providers use them recently. So she used a straight needle, jabbed me and dug around. Pulled the needle out and didn't cover it before she went looking for someone else to try drawing my blood. I waited another 10 minutes before I decided to leave and schedule an appointment with another provider. All in all over an hour of my time wasted. I do not recommend this lab unless you have a lot more time and patience than I do. In future I will go to Quest.

What medical experience ever. I'd be hard pressed to imagine there is anything worse in America. Line out the door, broken machine, rushed staff. I waited for an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Reminds me of the worst DMV experience except they take blood from you. I will never go here again.
Quest diagnostics across the street is significantly better. Friendly staff that's been there forever, clean, on time, not rushed.

This place is run so poorly it’s hard to imagine that the lab work they do is of any quality. Expect long wait time, people talking in their mobile phones, general confusion, and a circus show. I would suggest finding any location other than this one.

HIPAA VIOLATION! The loud woman you have at the front loudly let the entire office know she is refusing my service and why! I will be filing a compliant with CDHP!
I would like to add I came to another Labcorp clinic and was treated with stellar service from staff.

Employees claim that Labcorp does not allow appointments at this location even though Labcorp will schedule appointments online for the location. And if you use the option to wait in your car or close by until the technician is ready, they also do not honor that option. They will text you that the technician is ready then you have to wait in the their crowded waiting room for another 90 minutes because the technician is not ready and you are not allowed to wait elsewhere out of earshot. The fact the staff refuses to allow patients to wait elsewhere until the technician is ready is the staff's fault. They control the workflow. Shame on them. They are doing their best to make this a horrible experience for you and maybe you can even catch some bug and get very sick or die by being forced into their crowded waiting room.

Don't come here expecting good service. The lady at the front (Cathy) clearly hates her job and people. Go to a different location if possible!!

You arrive for your scheduled appointment and they have still have you wait an hour at least. They are horrible here

This place is by far the most unorganized labcorp in Colorado they were sitting in the back watching their cellphones while they had 3 people in the waiting lobby somebody needs to correct this because apparently the staff doesn’t know how to do the job

If I could give zero stars, I would. What is the point of checking in online so you don’t have to go into and wait in a crowded waiting room when they completely ignore online check-in’s? I waited for over 40 minutes because I know all Labcorp locations are slow and run behind before going inside only to find out that the woman at the front desk hadn’t kept an eye on the online check in’s and later changed her story and said “that system isn’t working”. She then made me sign in on the sheet, made me wait another 20 minutes before calling me up to get my ID and insurance info and then I had to wait another 10 minutes before they called me back for a lab draw. The woman at the front desk makes up her own rules, plays favorites, shouts people’s personal information in a crowded room, is rude to elderly people when they can’t hear her while blasting classic rock (no wonder no one can hear her and she has to shout). Not at all professional. Every time I’ve been to this location it’s been a negative experience.

By far the worst labcorp I’ve ever been to. Absolutely useless having an appointment they don’t care or value your time. They take walk ins before appointments. Staff is unfriendly and the facility is the worst run in the state. I would avoid this place at all costs. Average waiting time is two hours even for appointments.

An hour+ wait at this location. Only 1 person working at 1:00 PM. Tried 2 other locations and their wait was longer.

If zero stars were a choice I'd have selected that. Cathy at the front desk was loud, rude and slow. She asked me to have my order faxed to her? Is that a thing? My doctor had already sent the order over. I left. Anywhere has got to be better.

I would give 0 stars if possible. What a horrible experience. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, had a horrible attitude, and was quite possibly the slowest human I have ever met. Took over an hour to get a simple pee test done. Again, the lady at the front desk should be fired. In fact, she should not be hired anywhere. Horrible employee. Made my experience terrible.

I’m sitting here waiting to be seen (it’s been an hour) the woman in the front Cathy has been extremely rude to everyone. She keeps saying she’s swamped, her brain hurts, she’s frustrated… the thing is, she’s talking to elderly people who deserve a bit more respect and understanding. They are literally just asking questions needing assistance. One gentleman doesn’t know how to use the kiosk (which isn’t working right anyway). And every time he approaches the desk to get help, she yells at him and says he needs to wait and if he can’t use self check in he will have to wait. I’ve watched multiple People come ahead of him and get checked in while he’s just waiting. This poor man is gonna be here forever. I’m also waiting to get assistance and get checked in. Not sure why she has to be so rude. I understand being frustrated but that’s definitely not an issue caused by the patients. They should definitely get help or a better system or something. This is crazy
