Always something wrong with this location, whether it’s the kiosk or the staff shortstaffed services is always slow and ridiculously annoying
, even if you make an appointment a month in advance, it doesn’t even matter.

front desk has no tact, no ability to manage customers. several people waiting 45min - 1 hour past their appt time. no excuse to be this far behind so early in the day. just extremely poorly managed and frustrating everyone in the lobby w no concern for people and their schedules.

This location is understaffed, overbooked, and does not have adequate digital tracking and reporting systems for patients. I am often required to do bloodwork during the week I see a doctor, which does not leave a lot of scheduling flexibility. I have routinely had to wait over an hour for a walk-in appointment and am rarely able to book online appointments for the next two weeks. There is no visibility into the “digital line” when you checkin so it’s impossible to have an accurate idea where you are in the queue once you do checkin. It’s also impossible to know if the lab has received your doctor’s orders through their digital system. This should all be automated with more transparency for the end consumer. Several people walked in while I was waiting and could not get a clear answer to very simple questions. They were told to check in and wait for their questions to be answered. The wait was over an hour and a half.

We've been here for an hour and 10 minutes and they've seen 2 people. It seems like the 2 total people working have never done this before. They also said they didn't have order from the doctor as I saw his signature on pages the front desk person was flipping through. 6 of the 15 pages she had were the orders for us and she originally said we'd have to come back.
This was the slowest and most unprofessional experience I've ever had at any business including food trucks and gas stations.

DO NOT CHECK IN ONLINE. We checked in online though went to sit in the seating area. Watched people going in and out, even people who came later than us. After an hour we asked the front desk what's up and apparently you have to use the kiosk to check in. Even though the confirmation email had a link to check in, and said we were checked in. Wasted an hour here and didn't even get blood drawn. Why have the online check in option if it doesn't work???

I heard a story that Abraham Lincoln only died because the physicians were so incompetent they pushed the bullet farther into his brain. Visiting Labcorp made this tale a lot more believable.

I was worried to visit with the reviews, but came anyways bc it's close to home. Booked an appt online. Check in was easy, the front desk and gal taking blood were very friendly. I was in and out in 20 mins. Thank you!

I brought my 5 year old son here for his first blood draw since birth. As a Mom and someone who does not do well with blood draws herself, I was super anxious. Ash was absolutely amazing and made my son feel super calm. We had a great experience start to finish!

Employees are pleasant but upper management must be a mess because the problems are easy fixes. Their hours are short, so there’s always a line. At opening, 20 or more people in line and it takes nearly 30 minutes for them to take the first person back. So many steps could be more efficient and they move at a snail’s pace.

Been trying to call for 2 1/2 hours. It would sure be nice if someone would answer the phone.

Why not just tell people to come in later? I made an appointment for 130pm, they say to arrive at 115pm. I’ve now been waiting for 55 minutes. There’s a dozen other people waiting as well. One person working, maybe two?? And it’s hot as hell in here even though it’s 47 F outside. Who manages this mess?

I do not have any idea if the other Lab Corp's are anything like this location on Balsam Way, but if they are, you won't be in business much longer. Monday 12 February 2024: Arrived at 1:25 PM and every seat was full. Signed in and went to wait in another room down the hall. Was texted for what I thought was my blood draw ... nope, no orders. I had a standing order from January for CBC, etc. Front desk said no ... did you throw it away? I haven't a clue what happens at this location, but something is terribly wrong. Called my doctor for a fax to be sent.... sent! Nope, not received. Called again and stood by fax .. heard it arrive. One hour had gone by. Front desk said, and by the way, she was the only one drawing blood and checking everyone in, I would be next! And another woman had an appointment for 1:15; it was now 2:15 plus. Everyone that arrived AFTER me had come and gone. At 3:15 they closed and locked the door ... still every seat was FULL. There were 2 standing orders for me. Guess what? ONLY ONE WAS EXECUTED and the time was now 3:30!!! So much for being next! I am now through with Lab Corp and will go to the lab at Highland's Ranch Hospital. I'm sure it will not look and feel like a hole in the wall .. it is quite unappealing ... Lab Corp is unreliable, untrustworthy and irresponsible. Thanks for the Platform!

Suck. Is zero an option. Appointment set online and confirmed. No one there and no sign on door (locked) and 10 people waiting outside. Was it an employee revolt? Or do we need a new manager here. Thanks for wasting my time and nothing.

Checkin kiosks not working. Long wait, 15 minutes without any patient taken back. Ten people waiting. Avoid if possible. Quest labs in next building was much better.
