I ordered pull apart cupcakes for my daughter’s 4th birthday. The gal I ordered from was very sweet but unsure if the decorator would be able to make a pink poodle. The day of pick up I sent my husband to get the cupcakes. When he brought the order in, I about fell over. It was perfect! Better than I had in mind. I HIGHLY recommend King Soopers bakery on Pierce and Coal Mine in Columbine.

I love seeing all of the regular employees like Mulu. I think they all really enjoy their jobs and it makes me happy to show there

I would avoid this store. Renovation has cut the check out to the point there is always a wait. 10 min in the express. 6 out of the 10 not being used and managers hiding instead of helping. Go to another store.

Honestly the worst king soopers I’ve ever shopped at, customer service is non existent at this location and when it is they’re rude and unfriendly. They replaced more registers with self check out and the lady practically ripped the scanner out of my hand with an attitude and explained how I was doing it wrong, so I gave her a piece of my mind as I’m not a damn employee of king soopers and it isn’t my job to know how to do your job. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

I go to the deli/hot bar thing to get some chicken for dinner. I stand there for a few seconds before the guy comes out of the back, no big deal, but then he tells me that he’ll be right with me. Cool, but THEN he opens the rotisserie and proceeds to pull off all 12 (?) chickens and put them on a tray. I think oh okay maybe they had to come out real quick, no big deal. But THEN he pulls out the rotisserie bags and proceeds to start bagging them all and I’m like.. really?????. So he bags them all and walks my way I think okay FINALLY some service. And he walks past the counter over to a scale and starts printing off labels for the chickens. All in all I waited probably 10 minutes just staring at this guy and I ended up walking away. The complete lack of awareness and priority was stunning.

This is the worst king soopers and Kroger I have ever shopped at. It's walking distance from my house, but I'll be skipping this location.

Not one shopping cart available today ?, in general it’s also hard to find anyone to help when you can’t find something and always long lines. It’s dark and dungeon like here. I try to avoid as much as possible.

Between the store manager Lori, and how poorly she treats her employees, and the new “remodel” this store has completely gone down hill in the worst ways possible. It’s a shame that a store that used to be a joy to shop at has become a headache to shop at.

You have to watch them like a hawk they'll mix in non-sale items with sale items hoping to catch you they'll also put in very fine print on the sign must have digital coupon , you'll see with card but in the fine print it'll say digital you just got to watch them at every turn remember you're dealing with corporate America and their Shenanigans if you're not paying attention I always double check my receipt before I leave the store many times I can't watch at the checkout because I have to bag it myself

Great Service, good deli.
I really like this store because it's real close to home.
However, I think it's time for a makeover.
This store needs to be updated.
Has a good selection.

This store is under employed. At the time of checkout we had a full basket, about 50 items. There was only one cashier checkout open with a significant line so we had to opt for the self check out with no wait. During the scanning process we were stopped by your check out program almost a dozen times. The single self checkout cashier was being forced to try to contend with 8 other active self checkouts while trying to help us.If you insist on cutting staffing in favor of more automation then you need to reevaluate your registers programming. I was frustrated with the whole process as was the line that grew behind us.Hire more cashiers or stop micromanaging your self check out registers.
