Picture this: the cashier rings you up by tumbling your veggies on the conveyor belt until there is nothing left of them. Sure they can make the belt stop… they have a button for that. but they don’t use it.
While you frantically bag what’s left of your own groceries… the actual grocery bagger walks by and says “would you like help with that?” And they proceed by carelessly throwing the last few things into one bag, making sure to crush anything that resembles, chips, bread, or bananas by putting it at the very bottom.
You check your receipt and realize you paid full price for a handful of things that should have been on sale.
After correcting your receipt with the help desk, You get home and find that half your produce only lasts a day or two before it starts going bad.
You are forced to go back to the store again. This time you use self checkout. You so much as BREATHE and the weight of the moment will throw off the scale, requiring assistance from the warden who polices the self checkout area…. She REVIEWS CAMERA FOOTAGE IN FRONT OF YOU to ensure the weight of the bag you BROUGHT YOURSELF wasn’t a stolen item. She reviews it twice. Then she gives you coaching on how to bag your groceries so it doesn’t happen again, but it does.
This store is horribly kept, the customers are treated like criminals, our groceries are treated worse, and the management clearly has dementia and thinks that I work for them now. I will drive out of my way to never go back to this store.

Nasty meat counter - questionable food safety practices - dysfunctional. Seeing the employees bicker and argue is so unprofessional and their sink where they throw the meat to be washed is so disgusting, it’s amazing people eat this stuff.

Awful produce quality, below average customer service, regularly out of multiple items. No notification of items ordered thru app being out of stock. They will charge you for pickup fees when the store has items out of stock and you no longer meet the minimum amount for free pickup due to their supply chain issues

This is my next favorite King Soopers other than the store in Bear Valley where I live. The shelves are always stocked and the staff always helpful.

worst customer service ever who ever the hispanic woman who wears to much makeup and claims to be the manager is the worst, I was trying to inquire about something and instead of helping me, she said she doesn’t know how to do it and just walks away from me.

Will not come to this location after last 2 experiences. Employee in the self checkout took spinach that fell in the trash can and put it on the counter to be weighed with my other items. When I asked why he did that, he argued that I was wrong. That’s scary! Why would you take food out of the garbage and recirculate it? In front of customers!!! I wonder what happens after hours ?
Yesterday the cashier was rude about my purchase. I will not be back.

Really, really check your receipts here. There are often advertised prices on display that will be charged differently at the register. I just got back from going to the service desk to see why they charged me for two roasts when the sign EXPLICITY said Buy One Get One Free! The meat manager was called by the Service Desk, and I was told it was a mistake. They wouldn't honor their sign. The service desk lady rubbed salt in my "wound" and said, "Just so you know, we just throw these away when they're returned." I took a refund for both as they refused to give me THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE!!! I went to the meat manager, and she said,"It was our mistake." Still no apology or offer to honor THEIR sign!!! I'm an 80% disabled vet using a cane (oftentimes crutches). I get groceries in small bytes because I have bad joint pain, and I plainly don't have the tolerance to run around trying to figure out what prices are valid at or after check-out!!! I've caught this kind of error on smaller items here, but their strategy seems to be that folks will be too busy to notice or complain!!!

James was really great in the meat department, said he wouldn’t be in tomorrow though. Pretty sad about it, really was looking forward to buying more turkey from him. Great hands

So impressed with King Soopers deli. We ordered 56 trays of salads, fruits, meats, etc. for a wedding of 180 people. They had everything ready on time and helped us get it into the truck. The presentation was amazing, and the entire wedding a success!
