The customer service was terrible. I walk into the store and grab two bottles of fair life protein they took it out of my hands saying you need to pay for these items I wasn't even done shopping yet, so I continued on I come back and they say you rated actually pay instead of steel this customer service was terrible. I do not recommend the store go to another store. These people suck.

Jane gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a king soopers. Rude throughout the entire experience and acted as if me getting a lot of groceries was the problem. I will not be coming back to this location. Hire friendly cashiers please, grocery shopping is stressful enough and then to deal with rude cashiers on top of it is too much. Be nice.

The lines are always short and they fill my prescriptions fast.

This is a great store except for the meat department. Zina has got to be the worst thing that's ever happened to this store. She has an attitude and never gives me the right items. It is because of her I enjoy the Broadway location more. I can't tell if she is dumb or just doesn't care.

They bent over backwards to help me when I was in dire need. Very grateful for the thoughtful customer service.

I was just there. Cashier was Stacia C. She was frustrated. Maybe she was sick or cannot hear or speak? I made small talk and she rolled her eyes. I said I guess you don't care. Another eye roll. She quickly checked me out and turned her back. Thank goodness the bag person (lady wearing Bronco ball cap with short dark hair was very nice and kind.

I have been trying to use these guys for a year now, but they are the slowest Pharmacy on earth! I have always liked and used KS pharmacies, until this one... You cant even drop off a prescription in less than 30 mins, let alone get it filled. I highly suggest having your Dr. call in the prescription, but even just picking it up from these guys takes forever. They are always extremely understaffed, and the staff they do have will see you at the counter, but continue whatever they are doing rather than come to assist you. Plan for a lot of extra time if you want to use this one...

Honesty they should just close this one. I understand they keep it open because Arapaho is right there but with so many other king Soopers around that are better trained, better staffed, and better stocked it's almost never worth it to stop here. Pretty sad to see because I grew up coming to this store all the time

I recently started using this pharmacy for my prescriptions. My first experience was great, fast and friendly, was happy I switched from Walgreens. Walgreens is always slow and has issues. Anyways, the last 2 times a man named Steven has helped me. He is so rude and short. I work in customer service, if I treated anyone this way, I would be fired. I asked him to look for a discount that was offered the previous visit (which it turns out there wasn't any) but instead of looking or explaining why, he just cut me off and barked the price at me. Was rude and short and acting as if me being there was a huge inconvenience. He did this when I dropped it off too. Will be using a different pharmacy in the future just so I don't have to encounter this man again. Pharmacy should consider putting him in a different position, he obviously doesn't like dealing with people.

I like to go to the Hot Food counter to get lunch. The staff person there (especially on Monday) is always so nice, I will have to remember her name. I have watched her putting out hot food in a way that shows she cares about what her customers are consuming. I am glad to see she stayed after the strike.

The people that work here are generally pretty nice and they usually have most products stocked. Not much to complain about!

There is an extreme shortage of Pharmacy Techs to support the Pharmacists. I know this, and yet it is very frustrating as a customer to face the slow service with fills, refills, and answering rhe phone. On the other hand they have NEVER made ERRORS with my complex pharmacy needs. I cannot say the same for OTHER LOCAL SHOPS that have faster sevice but ERRORS GALORE.

Since the pandemic this pharmacy location has gone steadily downhill. The pharmacy staff is rude, unhelpful, and impatient. They do excel at one thing however: they have the uncanny ability to make a patient feel as though they're nothing more than a small insignificant number among the masses. I would only recommend this pharmacy if you don't mind attempting to call their extension several times in a row and waiting roughly 10 minutes each time without speaking to a single person--unless a perturbed team member opening the line on a third call-in attempt to mumble something about a 30 minute wait then speedily shutting off the connection once more counts as any sort of care or attention. If you actually value your mental and physical health, along with time and money well spent, then by all means look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle you'll find here.
