So I ordered delivery kinda late and got impatient waiting for my wine and I gave them 1 star on door dash. I thought they completed the order without delivering. BUT they delivered and the delivery driver was amazing! I will order from them again! I tried to correct my rating on door dash but the system wouldn’t allow it. I give them 5 stars. Excellent service!

Never get delivery for this store. I ordered through Uber Eats and the delivery driver came to my place, 15 min late btw. l listed specific instructions on how to find my apartment and the idiot was walking around in the wrong area. I tried calling him and messaged him but never got a response. I went outside and he was parked in the front and was getting back in his car. I waived my hands at him and then I get a notice that he canceled my order and he drove off.

Store half empty, employees half sober. Prices are jacked up and they have an extra service charge unless you pay cash.

This store doesn't have a huge inventory, but it doesn't need to, once you find your favorites. The best thing about it is the staff. I have found them to be very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely never place an order for delivery here. We saw they had a delivery option and they deliver themselves, so we thought the experience would be good. Unfortunately, the staff is insanely unprofessional, the delivery will take around 6x as long as it says it well, and the whole process will leave you frustrated. It’s not worth it, just go somewhere else, there are a ton of liquor stores in the area where you will find better service.
To clarify, the order was under my fiancé’s name. I made this review while he tried desperately to get a clear answer from the delivery driver, as to where they were. The order was under the name Poet.
