Closed my account without reason, held myMoney hostage and wouldn’t provide me funds. Joseph was condescending and disgustingly rude.Prior to that, harassing us about deposits. Much happier at a small local bank.

They are starting to charge ridiculous fees for everything like some other Banks and the management and employees' attitudes and customer service has gone way down the last year or so

The people at this location are really nice but Key Bank is a joke! I have never seen a bank that has so many fees and overdrafts and hold your money for a day so they can charge you any possible fee. I am super anal and obsessed with my money and keeping track of everything and they just keep adding up the fees. Only had the account for 2 months and I am closing it ! I will let everyone know how horrible keybank is . Never should have opened this account. What a regret

1 Star is way too high of a rating, these guys are a joke. Changing your overdraft permission from account to account, not making you aware of the change, say they're going to change it back and they don't. Charge you a ridiculous amount of overdraft fees for absolutely no reason even though there's money in the account. They just changed all their policies around the end and beginning of the year. Apparently we have to get a hold of the bank manager to get these items addressed. There's only one small problem. SHE'S ON A LEAVE OF ABSENCE AND THE INTERIM MANAGER HAS NOT RETURNED ONE CALL! So fed up with this place and the thievery and blatant disregard of member satisfaction. After having thousands of dollars in blatant false fees it's time to go elsewhere. The mobile banking app sucks, the amount of your available deposits sucks, the mobile deposit sucks, the overdraft fees suck, the customer service sucks, the branches suck, the lack of any knowledge from the agents sucks, the debit cards suck, the lack of security sucks! I've never had so many fraudulent charges on an account then with KEYBANK. Every other month we're getting a card mailed or replaced because they can't keep members accounts safe. Time for them to step up and do the right thing or lose thousands upon thousands of dollars. But I guess it doesn't matter, they will just falsely charge those fees to someone else, call it fraud and line their pockets with hard working members money. They've opened up random accounts under our names just so their agents can get "points" for opening up new accounts and make them look good and keep their "earned accounts" bonuses. Whatever happened to not biting the hand that feeds you? But what else is expected from a bank that you've been a member of for so long, eventually they'll turn their for profit business model against anyone and everyone. Oh and I had an auto account with them that was paid off COMPLETELY then they magically added $169 to the balance 4 months later. Tell me how that works!

I really like this bank. When I walk in, they all know my name now. It seems they have made a point of that. I've opened up a couple of accounts and always have exceptional service from Joseph! I find all of the employees easily accessible, emailing back-and-forth as needed as we have set things up. I think they're great!

I have been a customer for 5 years and am now looking into closing my account and going with a different bank thanks to this location. When I first became a customer, it was during a time they had a $300 incentive for becoming a customer and depositing however much money into my account within so many days. I was never told that there were more details for the offer to be valid and I never got the money. After a couple years, I got married and wanted to add my husband to my account and update my name. The lady that was supposed to be helping us didnt know what she was doing and it took us almost an hour and a half to get it all finished. She also didnt know how to read a driver's liscence and kept trying to put my middle name as my last name. I called today because I noticed that I had an overdraft fee although my account still showed as positive. They said it was because my deposit hadn't been confirmed yet, but then why did it show to me that I still had funds? They refused to refund it since, after all, that is how banks make their money... taking it from poor people. Stay away from this bank.
