They have worked great on my Rav 4's for a good 10 years. Had to replace water pump on a 2015 Rav4. 775 dollars to fix and caused a 1400 dollar failure to my stereo. They said they wanted to help get a replacement but in the end no fix and no credit. I will not go back there.

Staff has always been very helpful, will do anything I need worked on. I have 2002 Toyota with over 300,000 miles and have max waited a couple days for any of the work that has had to be finished. I will only go to them for my repairs.

Wouldn't even do an oil change on my 20+ year old Toyota because they told me they don't work on older vehicles Their website features a 30 year old Toyota on the banner, and even specifies they work on vehicles that have not been in production for over 20 years

The folks here are great. Very helpful even after the fact and even though you may not have elected to do some repairs. All my experience has been of quality work including fluid services, tune ups, and other scheduled maintenance items. They've worked on both our Toyota and Subaru and have always been happy with their work.

Pleasant service, somewhat expensive (average) but their staff does not do well with older cars. We had some work done on our 20 year old Subaru which resulted in engine oil leaks after they were done. They resisted to take responsibility but then took the car back to tighten things up. Unfortunately, the car still had some leaks after that until it was taken to a more competent mechanic.

First things first, I am a mechanic and have a very hard time trusting automotive shops but I had a repair and I didn't have a place to work with to do it myself so I brought it in to Toy Automotive. I have a very specific Toyota that is not a regular vehicle. They looked at the vehicle and found that there was no issue with what I was worried about. I know they spent time and effort looking into it, but even still, they did not charge me. This is an honest place with good people who actually care about their customers. I was happy to hear my vehicle didn't need anything but shocked that they didn't charge me. I will definitely spreading their name as they have won me over.

hopefully this review is not removed like the last one! warning to avoid Toy Automotive. I took my car in for a brake inspection and repair. I told them I knew my front brakes were an issue. they told me the front brakes were fine and they charged me for rear pads and resurface rotors. not true! took my car back as my brakes were still vibrating. they said they needed to replace the front rotors. I paid to have that done and still the brakes were screeching. called and they were incredibly rude yelling and screaming. the owner called me and asked me to bring car back in so they could fix the brake pads. third time. now at Lexus as there is a terrible burning smell. avoid this place they cannot do something as simple as brakes in 3 visits.

I love this place we have three Toyota cars every time we take them in they fix everything right away very reliable and definitely have the best prices in town. they are very fair will not rip you off like a dealership plus they are certified in Toyota Lexus and Subaru

My visit was routine and the second time there. They are prompt with fair prices. The workers are all so nice and actually seem to like their jobs! I feel very comfortable with the quality of work done and trust them! Brian took great care of my car!

Truly amazing service from the first phone call to the time I picked up my vehicle. They listen, get you in quickly and just fix the problem. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Toy Automotive. The staff are always so transparent with what work was done on my 4Runner and explain it in a way that makes sense to someone without much knowledge about cars. They also really go above and beyond what is asked of them both in terms of a repair and customer service. I bought new tires from them last fall and a week later I had a flat due to a screw I drove over somewhere on 470. They replaced the tire for NO COST to me. I'm sure they called in a favor and kindly passed it on to me. This was not expected as the tire damage was not a result of the tire. On many other occasions and repairs they have waved either some of the parts or labor costs. Other times they have caught smaller repairs that I was not aware of and fixed those for free. I have never once been taken advantage of. I'm sorry that I haven't written many reviews sooner and I give my highest recommendation to them- you won't regret it!

From the front desk to ownership, really quality shop. Great customer service. Very responsive & flexible. Well informed and are happy & patient to talk to you about issues & questions you have. When possible, service options are provided. Work done quickly and thoroughly. Have been in twice now - will def be back for future service.

I've taken my Toyota 4-Runner to 4 different dealerships across the Denver metro area for all kinds of ongoing maintenance, tune-ups, tweaking & such. The Toy-Auto team, especially Tristan, are by FAR the most reliable, honest, knowledgeable & fair priced for the amazing work they perform.
