Love this shop. I go way out of my way to go here after a friend's recommendation. My friend is a real car guy and I see why he chooses to go here. I know very little about cars. I know I ask stupid questions and they work through them to answer what I'm really asking. I feel I get honest mechanic opinions and not just the manufacturers recommendations and other upsells. Brock and Danny are wonderful. Great communicators. The shop is timely, efficient and relatively cost effective to boot.

Severe lack of expertise. Car: Audi S5
Damaged my ECU in the process of replacing the thermostat. Thermostat was new (replaced 9000 mi prior), so I wanted full assurance that it needed replacement. Danny said he was fully confident it needed replacement, but in the end he revoked this statement after bricking my ECU. Ultimately, he admitted the thermostat likely never needed replacement. It was blamed on faulty wiring supposedly done by another shop. Maybe next time check the wiring, Danny.
I was still charged for a new ECU and a new thermostat. How ridiculous. You break, you buy. 0/10 expertise, 0/10 morals.
Final thoughts for the mechanics:
The thermostat was new!! That should be an immediate red flag that the engine code is probably there for another reason. He even muttered over the phone that maybe it was wiring before he fully assured me it was the thermostat. Don’t act like you guys didn’t already suspect wiring, but were just too lazy to check it. I know you performed more thorough checks because it was already an odd engine code, but come on, do better. Admit when you are out of your depth. And for god’s sake don’t charge someone for an ECU that you broke, doesn’t matter if another shop messed up the wiring (unproven), it still happened in your possession of the vehicle. You gotta cover that, you have insurance for these kinds of things.

I decided to switch from taking my Acura to the Acura dealership to Ken Caryl Imports for service and I’m happy I did! Everyone, especially Brock was courteous and professional. They kept me updated on the status of service and the price was very reasonable compared to what I would have been charged at the dealership. I will continue to take all of my vehicles here for service and repairs!

We had a broken down Sprinter in front of their and they lent us the tools we needed to perform a quick repair to get back on the road. Really nice staff and awesome space. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for good people to work on your vehicle.

Fantastic shop! I walked in late afternoon to schedule an oil change and they were able to take care of it next day. Not only that, it was done at a great price! Less than $100 for a full synthetic oil change. For comparison, I called the dealer and they wanted $160. Midas, $140. Will absolutely be returning here!

I moved to the area and knew we would need a great shop to work with. Unfortunately while on Pikes Peak my Audi’s dash lit up like a x-mas tree. We limped back to Littleton on a Sunday night and used the night drop expecting the worst.
By morning Brock had already received my key and voicemail. He had it in the shop and it was being examined. They were quick to diagnose the issue and completely transparent through the process.
Without any forewarning they were able to take my vehicle and resolve the problem same day! Needless to say I was shocked in the best possible way.
I’m looking forward to taking my Mercedes there as well and am happy to feel that I have found my soon to be long time mechanics at my new home.
Highly recommended!
