My experience was not only welcoming and a joyful time but I truly felt like I was getting a good deal and the employees were very nice . If you get a chance ask for anyone , because they are all helpful ! Jayda , and Mitchell are the best !!

I was very impressed with how fast Janeen was to come up to me. I came to buy an engagement ring & walked out with the perfect black sapphire ring for him! & I walked out with some pretty diamond earrings as well! She was so helpful the whole visit!

These people will rob you and blame their bank so they don't have to deal with it. I'll never use this company again. They charged me $1,900 when I only had $300 left to pay and have every excuse in the book on how they can't help lmao.

Stopped by the store today so my mom could use their sizer to figure out her ring size. Ask a gentleman named Will at the counter if we could use the ring sizer to figure out what size my mom was and he responded very rudely twice. “No we need to do it for you.” with a very dismissive tone. It was a very simple task that we for sure could’ve done ourselves. He also could’ve responded more professionally! After standing there for a few minutes, we decided to head over to Helzberg and ran into Kristen the old manager at this store. I guess I should be saying thank you to Will because he helped me find her again! She helped me with a necklace back in September at Kay and now helped me find a new wedding ring and band today just across the way at Helzberg! Obviously, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from here on out!

Great customer service. Had an issue with a piece of jewelry just purchased. Brought it in and issue wax corrected in a matter of minutes. Very happy customer.

Kristen was amazingly helpful when my wife’s customized birthstone ring had some issues. She worked with us to try and correct the problem a few times and when we finally decided to go with a different ring she helped us through the return, consulted with my wife in a few different options and helped us place the order for the new ring. Great service and appreciate her support!

My husband went in to pick up my earrings and Kristen was rude as usual. She has horrible customer service. She would not give him the earrings and would not find a solution. I was on the phone with her giving her permission to give the earrings to him as well. I called the 800 customer service number and the lady stated that all I needed to do is give my permission and the name of the individual that would be picking up the merchandise. I have been home sick for two weeks and could not go in. She should not be an Assistant manager at any business.

Very frustrating experience. I had an appointment with a custom jeweler, that was working with Kay, to talk about designing my engagement ring. Left a meeting early to make sure I was on time to walk into a store with 4 women, all with an attitude, seemingly no one cared that a customer just walked in, to be told that I wasn't in the books and that the jeweler went home early. I even got a text reminder on my phone about this appointment. Then I was told he could come back in the next couple months. I am so blown away by the lack of customer service especially in a jewelry story when I'm expected to drop thousands of dollars.
